Sprotect notices

Hi - I see you have been adding semi-protection notices to article pages. Simply adding the notice doesn't make a page semi-protected. SP has to be requested and enacted by an admin. Semi-protection should only be used as a last resort on a page that is suffering from large amounts of vandalism from anon editors or new accounts - the pages you added it to were not experiencing any large scale vandalism.
