Clarification about the templates

1. I have no doubt that both you and Megaman en m were acting in good faith.
2. When a user tags a page you create with a speedy deletion tag (usually any tag beginning with the letters "db"), you may not remove the tag. In the case of a transcluded template, however, it's okay to place a <noinclude> tag before and a </noinclude> tag after. Additionally, it is always okay to put a {{hangon}} tag (in this case, also in the noinclude section).
3. I (not being an interested party in the issue of these templates) agree with you that these templates aren't test pages. I was also removing these tags - not being the author of the templates, I'm allowed to.
