Please do not keep undoing other people's edits without discussing them first. This is considered impolite and unproductive. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia under the three-revert rule, which states that nobody may revert an article to a previous version more than three times in 24 hours. (Note: this also means editing the page to reinsert an old edit. If the effect of your actions is to revert back, it qualifies as a revert.) Thank you.--Avery W. Ezra Pound

edit

Hi, liteditor. I have reverted your removal of Torrey's argument about Pound being coddled by the superintendent of St. Elizabeth's for being "Mussolini's propagandist". I don't quite understand why you removed it, as it was, if anything, unusually fully referenced inline, with both an immediate mention of Torrey and, a couple of sentences later, a complete bibliographical reference to the article in which Torrey argues the case. It doesn't matter if it's "POV" or not, as the POV is not that of the article, but is clearly ascribed to a reputable source. Bishonen | ノート 12:05, 25 February 2006 (UTC).Reply

Please do not call my request for verifiable references "vandalism" - see WP:NPA! As you are going against the sprit of WP:AUTO and ignoring WP:V, it might be sensible to leave the article and let someone find verifiable references for your claims. 89.241.175.151 (talk) 00:21, 24 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

The information as to your being the author is quite clearly recorded on the licensing and upload information of Image:Alliance_College.JPG. RedNsign (talk) 03:08, 24 January 2008 (UTC)Reply
Wikipedia's Law of Unintended Consequences

If you write in Wikipedia about yourself, your group, your company, or your pet idea, once the article is created, you have no right to control its content, and no right to delete it outside our normal channels. Content is not deleted just because somebody doesn't like it. Any editor may add material to or remove material from the article within the terms of our content policies. If there is anything publicly available on a topic that you would not want included in an article, it will probably find its way there eventually. More than one user has created an article only to find himself presented in a poor light long-term by other editors.

In addition, if your article is found not to be worthy of inclusion in the first place, it will be deleted, as per our deletion policies, and if you edit war to try and obtain a version of your choosing you may have your editing access removed, perhaps permanently.

Therefore, don't create promotional or other articles lightly, especially on subjects you care about.
