The article Sean McDermott (footballer) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Fails WP:NFOOTBALL & WP:GNG.

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Jak Alnwick, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Everton. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Club infobox dates

edit

Hi, when updating club infobox stats you should update the |club-update= or |pcupdate= parameter by adding five tildes (~~~~~), which generates the specific time the update was made. Thanks, Mattythewhite (talk) 20:19, 10 March 2016 (UTC)Reply

Please keep this in mind. Mattythewhite (talk) 21:10, 28 June 2017 (UTC)Reply

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Oliver Šarkić, you may be blocked from editing. September 2017

edit

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you add unsourced material to Wikipedia, as you did at Oliver Šarkić.

You actively reverted edits with a clear description as to why your unreferenced content had been removed and write no justification. Your new 'sources' added were all low level blogs and speculative football sites. There has been no announcement from either club on his move to date.
Mountaincirque · Join the Karate Task Force? 10:22, 4 September 2017 (UTC)Reply

You have repeatedly reverted edits of other editors when you had no reference that Sarkic had moved to Leeds. Yes, he has now joined the club, it was announced today, nine days after the close of the window that he has joined on a youth loan for 3 months. You have been repeatedly editing the page to say he had joined permanently for over a week and not showing any respect to any other editors, or even leaving a comment on your multiple reverts.
Please consider this a very final warning regarding your conduct as an editor and consider doing some research on the WP:Five Pillars, particularly WP:Civility. Mountaincirque · Join the Karate Task Force? 14:16, 8 September 2017 (UTC)Reply

Show some respect yourself for those who go out of their way to update these pages, I can quite easily stop contributing and you will lose a valued contributor. Your attitude stinks if I'm honest.
@Lufc83: maybe this came across too harshly for which I apologise. I value the fact that you are trying to add content and I can see that you are not a vandal. If you want your content to stick and be useful to people though there are ways of going about editing to help yourself out. Add explanations when you edit, especially when you're reverting someone else who has worked on the page. Also, you shouldn't add football references from blogs before the academy/club announces the transfer unless it is in a very notable source like the BBC/Guardian/Times etc. Mountaincirque · Join the Karate Task Force? 14:58, 8 September 2017 (UTC)Reply

Errors

edit

Can someone describe how to edit this page, or request to edit this page? There are some distinct errors, especially with certain academy staff. Some are not employed by Leeds United and some have the wrong titles and/or age groups next to their name. Thanks in advance. LUFCBILLY (talk) 16:47, 11 January 2018 (UTC)Reply

Hello, please advise what changes you want to make, I can update on your behalf.

Proposed deletion of Jakub Bokiej and Jay Smith from academy staff.

edit

Jakub Bokiej is a scout for Manchester City, not Leeds United.

Jay Smith cannot have the title as Academy Scout. He is a volunteer for foundation age 6-9.

Scott Gardener is U14 coach, not U9. LUFCBILLY (talk) 16:59, 11 January 2018 (UTC)Reply

Thanks, I'll change that - any other changes to the academy?

I have a feeling I know why you are, if so then I emailed you the other day.

Leeds United first team staff

edit

Hi. Can you change the Leeds Utd first team staff please? Wayne Moore is not a senior scout for the first team, he is a scout for the academy and senior describes the ages 14-19. He does not actually wish to be on the page if this could possibly be deleted please? LUFCBILLY (talk) 13:49, 20 March 2018 (UTC) Yes no problem Victor.Reply
