British stock car racing
editIf British stock car racing has its own article, you should be expanding that, not the British section of Stock car racing. As it is now the British section of Stock car racing is longer the the entire British article. This needs a fix. --Falcadore (talk) 23:08, 23 February 2011 (UTC)
I don't understand.
- Put more simply, do not expand the British section of Stock car racing - it is only supposed to be a summary. Instead expand British stock car racing. --Falcadore (talk) 00:23, 25 February 2011 (UTC)
Touring Car Masters
editUnder Wikipedia manual of style guidelines, US spelling conventions should not be used on subjects not relating to the USA. An Australian motor racing article should always use tyre, rather than tire. --Falcadore (talk) 23:08, 27 February 2011 (UTC)
- OK. I didn't know "tyre" was actually a real word. G'day mate! --Luke145 Feb 2011
Speedy deletion nomination of Rexer Analytics
editIf this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Rexer Analytics requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion, or "db", tag; if no such tag exists, then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hang-on tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. ttonyb (talk) 23:29, 2 March 2011 (UTC)
- OK. I can see how this company may not be notable. Thanks for letting me know. --Luke145 March 2011

The Rexers
editHi
I have posted on/edited a couple of pages now, there seems to be quite a mess going on here :¬)
- Rexer - I had to remove the Karl Rexer/Analytics info as it should not have been on this page.
- Talk:Rexer's Annual Data Miner Survey
- User_talk:Krexer#Rexer
It may be that the place to start is to look at each of the subjects and their individual notability:
- Karl Rexer = Wikipedia:Notability (academics)
- Rexer Analytics = Wikipedia:Notability (organizations and companies)
- Rexer Analytics Annual Survey = Wikipedia:Notability (books)
I suggest you start there and see if any of them meet criteria.
I will keep an eye on things and help you if you need more advice :¬)

- Interesting points. I created a Rexer disambiguation page. Maybe that will help. --Luke145 (talk) 20:27, 6 May 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks, I think the disambiguation page is helpful.
- I also just left you a response to an old request that you left for me on User talk:Krexer a long time ago. Sorry, I've been inactive for a while, but now trying to get back into making more wikipedia contributions on a regular basis.Karl (talk) 23:24, 5 November 2012 (UTC)
