I see you added yourself to the member list, and you've already edited the draft for Cyclone Narelle, so it seems like you understand the basics. Do you have any questions about editing so far? I'm also an editor from New Jersey, and I worked on both List of New Jersey hurricanes and List of New Jersey tornadoes. There are a ton of projects that need work, so I'm curious what aspect of editing you're most interested in, and the types of articles you want to work on. - Is there a specific citation you're asking about? I'll show you how to cite a common website, which is a tropical cyclone report by the National Hurricane Center. First off, we are using Template:Cite report. Through coding, it looks like this:

- It looks like a lot of random text, but there are a few key parameters. The first is the title - every citation should have whatever is the title of the page. The publisher is whoever made it. If it was a news agency, you would use Template:Cite news, which might have a publisher (for the website) as well as a news agency who made it (like the Associated Press). Next is the date - some websites don't have that. The accessdate is the date when you accessed the website. Then the author, and the URL. At the very end is the format, which you only need to indicate if it's a PDF or TXT file. If it's an ordinary website, you don't need to include that.
