A few of your additions of births to year articles were appropriate, but none were in the correct place in the article. Please be more careful.

My advice to all who use the Visual Editor on formatted articles, is don't. Make suggestions on the article talk page. — Arthur Rubin (talk) 05:26, 15 January 2020 (UTC)Reply

You may request Userfication of the content if it meets requirements.

September 5

edit

Hi! I reverted your edit on September 5 as any changes or additions to days of the year pages now require citations and any that aren't are being reverted, please see WP:DOYCITE. The guidelines were changed due to the high number of errors and the number of links to articles with no or little reliable sources. Any names or events added before these guidelines were implemented are currently in the process of being referenced or removed. If you'd like to find it more, please see WP:DAYS. Victoria Cuadrillero moved to draftspace

edit

Hi! Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I've moved your article, Victoria Cuadrillero, to draftspace. I think they may meet WP:NSPORTS, but at the moment so much of the content there is sourced to blogspot, instagram, and other self-published or primary sources. The article needs significant content improvement before it is ready for mainspace. Please feel free to ask if you have any questions. Vermont (🐿️🏳️‍🌈) 02:40, 30 July 2022 (UTC)Reply

I recommend taking a read of WP:V, WP:RS, and WP:BLPSPS. As a TL;DR, articles require significant coverage in secondary, reliable sources independent of the subject. The article, at present, over-relies on primary and self-published sources. Vermont (🐿️🏳️‍🌈) 02:44, 30 July 2022 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Viktoria Bogdanova, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page 2017 Universiade. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Women gymnasts

edit

Hi there, Maniakilljoy97. I'm glad to see you have been writing so many articles about rhythmic gymnasts. I think you might find it useful to become a member of WikiProject Women in Red where we'll be able to help you out if you run into difficulties. We have recently noticed that the proportion of female as compared to male gymnasts has been decreasing -- so we are keen to see improvements. Speedy deletion nomination of Anna-Sofie Doyen

edit

Hello Maniakilljoy97,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Anna-Sofie Doyen for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly indicate why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks!

Speedy deletion of Category:Filippino rhythmic gymnasts

edit

The page Category:Filippino rhythmic gymnasts has been deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. As the page met any of these strictly-defined criteria, it was deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been deleted are:

Please do not recreate the material without addressing these concerns, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If you think this page should not have been deleted for this reason, you may contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you may open a discussion at Wikipedia:Deletion Review. Speedy deletion nomination of Category:Philippine rhythmic gymnasts

edit

A tag has been placed on Category:Philippine rhythmic gymnasts indicating that it is currently empty, and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion. If it remains empty for seven days or more, it may be deleted under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself. Liz Read! Proposed deletion of Sophie Turpel

edit

The article Sophie Turpel has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No evidence of any senior awards or major competition wins, therefore fails WP:NGYMNAST. Probably also WP:TOOSOON.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Katrine Sakhnov

edit

Hi, Maniakilljoy97! Thank you for your contributions with rhythmic gymnasts! I came across your page for Katrine Sakhnov, and I wanted to provide some suggestions for improvement. At present, the page merely lists a series of meets she's competed in with the team scores. To improve the article, I would recommend adding more details about her if you can find them, such as where she grew up, went to school, etc. Additionally, the article currently uses all primary sources. While these can be valuable, it doesn't help to establish notability. Per Wikipedia guidelines, "A topic is presumed to be suitable for a stand-alone article or list when it has received significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject." This could mean providing coverage from newspapers, for example. Additionally, while Sakhnov is a member of Team USA, it's not clear for most of the sources that she was on the team that competed. That is, only 3 of the 18 sources provided include her name. Based on her competition for Team USA in World Championships, I believe she can pass notability guidelines for gymnasts, but you'll want to add better sources. If you have further questions or comments about this, leave a comment here and begin it with {{Re|Significa liberdade}}. Please remember to sign your reply with ~~~~. Take care! Proposed deletion of Silvia Yustos

edit

The article Silvia Yustos has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Not enough WP:RS on the article or online to establish WP:NBIO

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
