Organizations

edit

This is NOT an advertisement. Please primarily read the second paragraph of this topic.

I understand that I am blocked, although I want you to ignore that when answering this question. First of all, I am the co-founder of an organization, KAT2, primarily dedicated to improving information and distribution of all topics and on all websites on the internet. We also notably are planning on making a number of projects, including "Infinipedia", based on Wikipedia, except where, basically, notability matters much less. Though we the organization do not have an official website or webpage yet, we (6 people total) have all met on the sites Omegle and Chatroulette and agreed to this purpose and for this goals. We have plans to create a multitude of websites.

My question is, is anyone allowed to make Wikipedia accounts dedicated to their purpose in the organization? For instance, would it be considered wrong for us to edit for the sole purpose of "improving and distributing information on the internet on all websites possible", especially to put this on our accounts as advertisements? As I am blocked, of course you may deny my right to edit here, but my 5 other co-volunteers might be able to edit? I will not give out their locations or other personal information to you. So is this allowed? What about making an account for all of us? Please don't delete this and please respond. I need to know and let the organization know as well. Wikipedia explicitly does not allow shared accounts; each editor should have an account of their own. Also, Wikipedia does not allow advertisements. People should edit Wikipedia to improve Wikipedia, not to improve other websites (see also WP:NOTHERE). So the short answer is "no". Huon (talk) 23:47, 17 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

You guys do know that I am actually not Bambifan101, right? I am an individual sock puppeteer, impersonating him. Notice how my IP information is the same on all these accounts, but significantly different than Bambifan101's original sock puppets from 2012-below. So you guys should make my own long term abuse, such as Long-term abuse/MadisonGrundtvig. Also, I remember in 2009-2010 I vandalized Wikipedia with a number of accounts, such as Iwillbecomethehokage, to make pages about a video game that I made up, but were all deleted by Wikipedia admins (look yourself). The reason for this is that I have done wrong on Wikipedia, but maybe you should make my own long-term abuse, since I am known widely on the Internet (not just on Wikipedia) as an impersonator, rule breaker, banned user, and troll. Seriously, use CheckUser to find this out. I expect a response in 24 hours. -MadisonGrundtvig

Whatever your captivating tale, please stop wasting volunteer time. There's an entire world out there to enjoy. Find it. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 14:46, 18 March 2014 (UTC)Reply
