Although it is possible for the copyright owner to give permission by following the procedures at WP:DCM., there is no point in it, because the text in the source was written as a press release, in order to praise the individual, and is wholly unsuitable to an encyclopedia . If you begin again, begin on the3 Draft space, declare any conflict of interest, and try to write a concise and objective article on his major accomplishments.
