Blocked as a sockpuppet

edit

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for abusing multiple accounts as a sockpuppet of User:Mathew Banks per the evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Mathew Banks. Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Spicy (talk) 13:32, 12 January 2024 (UTC)Reply

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

I have not vandalized at all on this account and have only tried to make constructive edits. Please at least give me a chance to make constructive edits. Thank you

Decline reason:

I have no idea why you think that is at all relevant. It isn't. Yamla (talk) 14:21, 12 January 2024 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

We understand that your edit to 56 was intended to improve the page. I reverted it because disambiguation pages only have one link per line, an obscure guideline which no new editor could be expected to know. We never block for that sort of mistake. However, we do block new accounts created to evade multiple blocks for repeated vandalism such as this, this and this using several of your other accounts. We cannot allow you to continue presenting incorrect information to our readers, and we do not have time to waste repairing the damage after you have finished amusing yourself. Vandals are not welcome here. Certes (talk) 15:30, 12 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
