If I am understanding your question correctly, it has not "moved" because you have not yet submitted it for review. Edit the page, and place {{subst:submit}} at the top of the page and publish the changes; an experienced reviewer will look at the page and either accept the draft or give feedback on how to improve it. If you want more help, change the {{help me-helped}} back into a {{help me}}, stop by the Teahouse, Wikipedia's live help channel, or the help desk to ask someone for assistance. This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people).
