Your recent edits
editHello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 09:16, 29 March 2010 (UTC)

Your message on my user page
editThanks for the message, I can understand your frustration, but that is no excuse for personal attacks. At least two editors have explained Wikipedia's inclusion criteria to you. Wikipedia is a tertiary source, not a primary or secondary source for every new "idea" that comes along. The article was insufficiently sourced to demonstrate the notability of the subject - that was the feedback you were given, but you chose to ignore it and move the draft to mainspace anyway. It was speedily deleted as promotional based on the previous AFD, but, even had it not been, it would almost certainly have ended up at AFD again. So, please listen to the advice you are being given, work up a new draft in userspace with a neutral point of view, cite your references properly and ask again for feedback. Remember, there is no rush and no deadline on Wikipedia. Hope this helps. – ukexpat (talk) 14:47, 9 April 2010 (UTC)
Tertiary sauce? My stomach hurts Mikemahalo (talk) 15:04, 9 April 2010 (UTC)
- Ask User:Orangemike to undelete it to your user space so you can work on it further (I cannot delete or undelete as I am not an admin). – ukexpat (talk) 15:23, 9 April 2010 (UTC)
- As the expat says, I could move this material to a sandbox so that you could work on getting it into a more presentable and comprehensible form (the apparent attempt at a reference to an article[?] in the Evening Standard, for example, was not formatted properly and I couldn't figure out what you claimed had appeared where). --Orange Mike | Talk 15:48, 9 April 2010 (UTC)
I would like the article to be in a public area, not my own workspace any more, as I want to let go of it and allow others to refine - and I believed that was the aim of wikipedia, and also the natural flow that would result within the next couple of days, as so many others are interested and contacting me to say, where has the article gone.
If sandbox is that public space, ok. I am not personally attached to this, and feel rather bruised by your treatment of me, and this topic. I find removing the topic and removing the article, just as people are looking to see it, who never used wiki before, my stomach hurts. I find your actions petty and contrary to the stated rules and guidelines as available to newbies such as myself. And although the markup language and conventions here are understandable by members of Mensa, normal people cannot easily make their contribution, it all takes time. Your immediate action was wrong and I am not comfortable to continue here.
The moment was correct for me to leave the project to the public. I let go of it this morning, and it is now nighttime here, I do not want to wake up and think about wikipedia again. Mikemahalo (talk)
- I guess I see your point of view, Mike; but we do normally have minimum standards for even what's called a "stub" to go into the main article space. You clearly understand this topic better than we do, and would be the obvious candidate to work on cleaning it up into publishable form. There are several folks who have volunteered to help you with this, and I ask that you re-consider your decision to walk away from the topic. When a subject like this has been the topic of promotional advocacy in the past, it becomes harder for legitimate work on the topic to get a hearing; which I fear is the case here. --Orange Mike | Talk 16:44, 9 April 2010 (UTC)
ok Mike. Please UNDELETE the page in some way, I still think it can be cleaned up very quickly in the mainspace, otherwise "userfy" - if that means restoring the page as it was before. I did not make a copy of the page because every information says that nobody can possibly remove what I put, and then YOU did exactly that, every reference, every possibility, you crushed with a shocking suddenness. Human Design - the Sun was in the hexagram of Sudden Shock, and today it has moved into the hexagram of Finishing What You Start... Please understand that it appears that you were simply roughing over a newcomer to show who is important, and that feels bad. Secondly, maybe you have voodoo from planet Wikipedia, my laptop caught a nasty rash from the intercourse here. Virus virus virus, in short, that laptop is STILL unable to connect to the internet, I had to clean the virus, and somehow the whole wifi connection, and of course my stored password for mikemahalo, evaporated. You practice voodoo by any chance? 175.100.58.151 (talk) 11:26, 11 April 2010 (UTC) --Mikemahalo (talk) 11:38, 11 April 2010 (UTC)Struggling with this now - my Human Design Chart has guess what, the Channel of Struggle!--Mikemahalo (talk) 11:38, 11 April 2010 (UTC) --Mikemahalo (talk) 11:38, 11 April 2010 (UTC)
