editHello, I'm FlightTime. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, The Way You Make Me Feel, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. - FlightTime (open channel) 19:31, 1 April 2019 (UTC)
Hi. We are hoping to create pages (ugh) for Clarence Brice and for Philip Field. Much of the info we've gathered so far-- including some from Wikipedia-- refer to them as such, so we are just trying to make sure things are consistent by changing to Clarence "Binky" Brice and Philip Field on this page rather than just Binky (which is a nickname) and Philip Hunter (which is his legal name but not his Artist name). Not sure if there is another way to do this. The edit does not go against the Allmusic refenece that is already there. Thanks for your help. MizButlah (talk) 20:09, 1 April 2019 (UTC)
Are you saying that I need to reference where I got the info regarding their names? That is what I changed -- I added Brice's real name, Clarence, and I removed "Hunter" from Field's name, since he wrote the song as Philip Field. I don't understand your objection. Thank you for your suggestions. We have made some changes and wonder if you would review the draft again. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. MizButlah (talk) 19:04, 7 April 2022 (UTC)
A question, respectfully, regarding your comment that "Discogs is an unreliable source..." Am I mistaken in my understanding that the data found there is culled from the actual album covers, sleeves, records, tapes and CDs that customers find in the marketplace? Ooh, sorry. That wasn't your comment. My error. MizButlah (talk) 14:55, 29 July 2022 (UTC)
Philip Field (musician) moved to draftspace
editAn article you recently created, Philip Field (musician), is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?)
