If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. However, if the copyright holder is a party unaffiliated from the website's publisher, that copyright should also be acknowledged.

Fair use rationale for File:SabaClinton.jpg

I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use. Suggestions on how to do so can be found here.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

The post is extremely triggering for me. The event caused significant anxiety and stress, for myself and my students. It was through waves of tears and frustration that I sought help on Twitter. The insults I experienced on Wikipedia were extremely painful. I would rather not bring all of that up again. While I have no intention on participating, if it’s a reckoning that you seek, it should be a full reckoning. If justice is the goal, then you should propose justice & reconciliation for all sides. You cannot pick and choose the victims and the villains. This whole unfortunate incident is far too complicated. Mkibona (talk) 22:27, 30 January 2022 (UTC)
