The link must be able to work from multiple subdirectories and still lead back to creating a new section on the main talk page. If you can help please leave a comment/message. Speedy is only if there is no indication whatever that the person might be notable. Asserting that one is a professor in a university is enough to pass that deliberately very low bar. As a guide to NPP, read carefully WP:CSD, WP:Deletion process and WP:BEFORE.
