I have been correcting untruths on the page Zwarte Piet which have been reverted by a person under the username Walter Görlitz. Because there have been issues concerning people expressing their opinion about 'Zwarte Piet', for example posting untruths on the internet, I am reporting this immediately without discussing this first with the user. The reason which Mr. Gorlitz mentioned is "First-hand references and unecessary translations into English, etc" which is not a reason. The translation I made was not unnecessary and for corrections I made I even posted a source which confirmed the truth of my edits (extra source: click here). For this reason I am asking assistance of a volunteer of Wikipedia to resolve this issue and I would like to report the person under the username Walter Gorlitz for removing writing which was not supposed to be removed. Thank you for your time. --Molting (talk) 20:09, 29 January 2018 (UTC)
- Hi there, Molting, and welcome to Wikipedia! I'm afraid this is an inappropraite venue to conduct dispute resolution - If you have a content-related comment, you should bring it up on the article's talk page where other article editors Additionally, your edits to the article introduced information which was not Verifiable, hence User:Walter_Görlitz's revert. Please read the reliable sourcing guidelines, and I think a read through WP:NPOV would be appropriate too. -- Cheers, Alfie. (Say Hi!) 21:53, 29 January 2018 (UTC)
- Sorry for the mass revert. There were multiple issues and the space did not lend itself to explaining each issue. However, the misinformation about Zwarte Piet is not coming from "the internet", it's coming from those who are trying to defend the practice. Feel free to discuss the problems you see on the article's talk page. Walter Görlitz (talk) 22:04, 29 January 2018 (UTC)
- The news program of RTL has registered the start of the discussion. It started in 2013. For my source: click here. --Molting (talk) 08:54, 30 January 2018 (UTC)
- I have found another source: 85 procent of the schools in the Netherlands in 2017 celebrate the festival with the traditional Zwarte Piet (source: click here). --Molting (talk) 09:27, 30 January 2018 (UTC)
- The additional sources i have posted on the page Zwarte Piet have been removed by a person under the username 'Constablequackers' which I would also like to report for removing sources and writing, that were not supposed to be removed. --Molting (talk) 10:24, 30 January 2018 (UTC)
- Please discuss content disputes on the article's talk page. -- Cheers, Alfie. (Say Hi!) 01:11, 31 January 2018 (UTC)

editHello, I'm Alfiepates. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Bassie & Adriaan, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. This edit and previous. -- Cheers, Alfie. (Say Hi!) 22:05, 29 January 2018 (UTC)
