Clear View
editHi, thanks for message. I deleted your article because
- it did not provide independent verifiable sources to enable us to verify the facts and show that it meets the notability guidelines.
- It was written in a promotional tone. Articles must be neutral and encyclopaedic. Examples of unsourced claims presented as fact include: local and architectural importance... successful and well regarded... enjoyed a wonderful and unobstructed view... luscious... tremendously modern dream home... a favourable spot — and so on... it reads like an estate agent's blurb
- The article was created in a single edit without wikilinks or references, and looks as if was copied from an unknown and possibly copyrighted source.
I'll shortly post the text here. You can use the Move button to put it into article space when you are ready. Let me know if you want me to look first Jimfbleak - talk to me? 04:56, 22 May 2013 (UTC)
Your draft article, User:Moulash/Clear View (house)
editHello, Moulash. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "Clear View (house)".
The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply {{db-afc}}

code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.
If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by one of two methods (don't do both): 1) follow the instructions at WP:REFUND/G13, or 2) copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|User:Moulash/Clear View (house)}}
, paste it in the edit box at this link, and click "Save page". An administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.
