Hello, I'm Mlpearc. I noticed that you made a change to an article, R. Lee Ermey, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you.   Please do not add or change content, as you did at Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Mlpearc (open channel) 20:38, 12 April 2016 (UTC)Reply

Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to David Cameron. This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Mlpearc (open channel) 20:39, 12 April 2016 (UTC)Reply

Deleting mistake categories

edit

Hi. If you make a category by mistake, such as Category:Flat Earth propoents, you can delete it quickly with {{db-self}} rather than relying on someone else to invoke the much slower {{db-empty}} procedure. Cheers. Le Deluge (talk) 21:17, 27 August 2016 (UTC)Reply

Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.

When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

Please be sure to provide a summary of every edit you make, even if you write only the briefest of summaries. The summaries are very helpful to people browsing an article's history.

Edit summary content is visible in:

Please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning for the edit, or a summary of what the edit changes. You can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing →   Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary. Melissa Reese - Birthday

edit

Hello MrAlienGuy101, I see that you added Mrs. Reese's birthday to her Wikipedia page. I represent Mrs. Reese and I'm asking you to remove this date for a few reasons but the most important reason is because the date of birth that you added is incorrect. Please remove this as soon as possible. Thank you. 70.92.245.3 (talk) 16:03, 5 July 2017 (UTC)JGReply
