Garuda Links
editHi there- The section that you added to the Garuda article about the story of Garuda and his position in Hindu mythology is a really nice addition. I did take the liberty of cutting down the number of links in the body of the text. While links are very useful in providing context for an article (such as linking to definitions of terms that not all readers might be familiar with), making links out of too many words- such as by repeating a link many times in the same page- can actually make it harder for the eye to follow the text on the page, and doesn't really add much value to the page. It also makes a lot of extra typing for you! This page has some guidelines on figuring out what does or doesn't make a helpful link. --Clay Collier 11:18, 30 September 2005 (UTC)
Hindu Mythology
editHi, just wanted to drop a note of thanks for some outstanding edits that you have made - especially the additions to the article about Nandi. It would have been wonderful if all Hindu myth articles were as balanced as that one. Tintin 04:35, 14 November 2005 (UTC)

Userfy
edit- An admin would userfy it once this voting process is closed. While both User:Bhadani and myself are admins, we would not be closing the voting as we have been involved in this discussion (to prevent seeming conflict of interest) - another of those wonderful guidelines of Wikipedia, if I may say so :) --Gurubrahma 06:53, 17 December 2005 (UTC)
- I am sure that wikipedia will have more from you - I can congratulate you on at least one point: you write well, and if you go to my page you shall find that at the beginning one or two articles written by me were also deleted, but I continued to write. I wish that you shall also continue to contribute. I am originally from Jharkhand, and your article on Madhuri Guin is really nice. I wish you all the best. --Bhadani 17:05, 17 December 2005 (UTC)
- I also suggest that you may write some words about you on your user page. Thanks. --Bhadani 17:07, 17 December 2005 (UTC)
Congrats
editI wish you, and Madhuri Guin a Merry X'mas and a happy New Year. Her lifestory has survived here, and this is nice. --Bhadani 17:09, 23 December 2005 (UTC)
- Just sent the above message to u by wiki e-mail. bye for now. --Bhadani 17:12, 23 December 2005 (UTC)
Userfied
edit"Madhuri Guin" has been moved to User:Mrhyde/Madhuri Guin per a more thorough consensus developed outside the AFD debate itself. — FREAK OF NURxTURE (TALK) 21:40, Dec. 23, 2005
File permission problem with File:Madhuri guin.jpg
editThanks for uploading File:Madhuri guin.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.
If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either
- make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
- Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{permission pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.
If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.
If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. Here is a list of your uploads. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F11 of the criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. --Minorax«¦talk¦» 11:40, 13 April 2023 (UTC)
