Hi, thanks for message. I deleted your article because

• it was written in a promotional tone. Articles must be neutral and encyclopaedic. Examples of unsourced claims presented as fact include: communications expert and entrepreneur... maintained a successful career... she successfully escorted ... a unique publication... an upscale format and intellectual reading content, appealing especially to the Jewish audience... The magazine was welcomed and accepted beyond expectation, by both readers and writers from across the globe, and became an instant success.  Top-notch writers, highly-acclaimed professionals and top leaders in their fields joined as contributors... famous Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, are just a few. This team of experts across the globe created a unique publication... in order to be taken to the next level...—and on and on in the same gushing tone. It's a spammy press release, not an encyclopaedia article
• you need to provide independent verifiable sources to enable us to verify the facts and show that it meets the notability guidelines. It is now Wikipedia policy that biographical articles about living people must have independent verifiable references, or they will be deleted. Although you have attempted to do this, Wikipedia is not a reliable source, and her own sites or ones that can be self-edited are not independent. Note also that it is hard to tell what fact each ref is supporting because they are all dumped at the end instead of being placed at the appropriate point in the text using <ref>[url description]</ref>

I restored the text, but I've now deleted it since it is at lease partially a copyright violation of this page. Copyrighted text is not allowed in Wikipedia, as outlined in this policy. That applies even to pages created by you or your organisation, unless they state clearly and explicitly that the text is public domain. There are ways to donate copyrighted text to Wikipedia, as described here; please note that simply asserting on the talk page that you are the owner of the copyright, or you have permission to use the text, isn't sufficient. But in any case the copyrighted text is far too promotional to be useful for Wikipedia's purposes, so there would not be any point in your jumping through all the hoops that are required. Sorry to confuse you, but I didn't spot the copyright violation until I'd restored. We do not permit copyright material for legal reasons, so I redeleted. I'm not permitted to restore copyright material, but here are the references that you used, if that helps. I've removed the Hebrew wikipedia article from the list for the reason given above. Help! - Page deleted for usage of promotional text?

I need someone to help me fix whatever text sounds promotional here, as this is an objective article, also, it was tagged as an orphan but I thought I linked it to other articles, how do I fix this?:

The "orphan" article is easier to address: Wikipedia considers an article an orphan if no other articles link to it. You linked to other articles, but no links went the other way around. Regarding the "objectivity" I have grave doubts, and I don't expect anything short of rewriting the draft in its entirety will help. Some of the more obviously promotional phrases: "landmark establishment", "one of Israel’s leaders in luxury real estate development" (says who, except themselves? And how is that relevant to Shiraz?), "rapidly developed into a rating leader" (again, says who, and how is it relevant?), "a political party which she escorted to the coalition" (she did, really? Not Levy? I rather don't think that's what Ynetnews reports), "desire to offer a unique concept of a publication" and so on. Of the English-language sources, the first doesn't mention her and the last is a press release by herself, not reliable third-party coverage. Huon (talk) 20:38, 1 February 2015 (UTC)

Estee Annerl Shiraz is an American entrepreneur, publisher, and the founder of a non-profit organization aimed to promote positive communication and peaceful dispute resolution in the community.

Early Life and Career Beginnings

Born and raised in Tel Aviv, Shiraz started her career in 1994 as a spokesperson and director of public relations at the Opera Tower residential and commercial center , a landmark establishment completed that year by the Alrov Group, one of Israel’s leaders in luxury real estate development.

In 1997, Shiraz joined Spot Productions Ltd., the company producing Deadly Fortune (Kesef Katlani) - a startup TV series, as VP of marketing and public relations. The series rapidly developed into a rating leader during the production's three shooting years, and was broadcasted on prime time in channel 2 during its first two season and later on in channel 3 (season 3 and 4).

Shiraz went into politics in 2000 and was appointed as head of communications at 'Gesher' – a political party which she escorted to the coalition at the end of a controversial political campaign. In November 2002, Shiraz was democratically elected by the party's members as the head of the party, and led 'Gesher' in the elections for the 16th Israeli Parliament, the "Knesset".

Present

Shiraz moved with her family to Miami, FL in 2003, and founded Promise Lifestyle Magazine with the desire to offer a unique concept of a publication appealing especially to the Jewish American population. The Magazine included contributors such as Uri Geller, Dr. Ruth Westheimer, Bernie De Koven and Dr. Toby Mayer amongst others, and featured profile articles and interviews with figures such as Michael Douglas, Barbra Streisand, Adam Sandler, Ben Stiller and Natalie Portman. Shiraz served as CEO and editor in chief of the publication until it was acquired by a bigger company in 2008.

In 2009, Shiraz established a communications and PR firm, and worked mainly with aviation and luxury lifestyle companies. She was named 'Woman of Excellence' by the National Association of Professional & Executive Women and has won various awards including the American Graphic Design Award, Benjamin Franklin Award and Florida Print Award.

Personal Life and Current Career

Being an advocate for positive communication and peaceful dispute resolution in the community, Estee Shiraz has shifted from communications to mediation, and is mainly focused in recent years on mediating family disputes and divorce cases. She has been certified by the Supreme Court of Florida, and is the founder of a non-profit organization aimed to promote peaceful conflict resolution in the community.

Shiraz holds a Master's degree in Communications, Journalism and Political Science from Bar Ilan University. She resides with her husband and two kids in Beverly Hills, CA.
