I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Mubashir Ali Zaidi for deletion, because it seems to be a test. Did you know that the Wikipedia Sandbox is available for testing out edits?

Indubala

edit

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Indubala, and it appears to include material copied directly from http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WTFSICtf474.

It is possible that the bot was mistaken and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.

If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material. You may use such publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. (If you own the copyright to the previously published content and wish to donate it, see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for the procedure.) Speedy deletion nomination of Indubala

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Indubala requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article or image appears to be a clear copyright infringement. This article or image appears to be a direct copy from http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0408569/bio. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website or image but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.   Please don't change the format of dates. As a general rule, if an article has evolved using predominantly one format, the dates should be left in the format they were originally written in, unless there are reasons for changing it based on strong national ties to the topic. Please also note that Wikipedia does not use ordinal suffixes (e.g., st, nd, th), articles, or leading zeros on dates.

For more information about how dates should be written on Wikipedia, please see this page.

If you have any questions about this, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Enjoy your time on Wikipedia. Thank you. JudeccaXIII (talk) 19:13, 28 March 2016 (UTC)Reply

Changing Dates

Dates in Shah Jahan

edit

Your edits to Shah Jahan switched some dates from Old Style to New Style, without explanation or prior discussion. The change of date style goes against long-standing convention in the article, against discussion on its talk page in 2011, 2013, and 2015; and against a sampling of reliable sources (e.g. Encyclopædia Britannica, Grove Encyclopedia of Islamic Art & Architecture, and The Jahangirnama translated by Wheeler M. Thackston). Although Old Style is not the only possible choice (Abraham Eraly and Fergus Nicoll, for example, chose New Style in their works), changing styles the way you did is disruptive.

The edits also introduced inconsistencies within the article and added unsourced information. They have been reverted as unconstructive. If you disagree with the article's date style, please seek consensus on the article's talk page before changing it again. Also, when editing an article, you will see a small field labeled "Edit summary" shown under the main edit box. It looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

Proposed deletion of Muntakhab-ut-Tawarikh

edit

The article Muntakhab-ut-Tawarikh has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Only indication of notability is from the article itself, also written poorly and zero sources.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. In accordance with Help:Minor edit, a minor edit is one that the editor believes requires no review and could never be the subject of a dispute. Minor edits consist of things such as typographical corrections, formatting changes or rearrangement of text without modification of content. Additionally, the reversion of clear-cut vandalism and test edits may be labeled "minor". Thank you. DrKay (talk) 17:58, 21 March 2017 (UTC)Reply

Please format dashes according to MOS:DASH. DrKay (talk) 19:20, 21 March 2017 (UTC)Reply

I note from multiple comments above that you have been asked multiple times to provide sources for the dates you are adding to articles. However, you are still adding them without sources (and labelling such additions as minor)[2]. You are required to provide sources or cease these edits. You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for persistent addition of unsourced content and disruptive editing. You've been asked explicitly not to label content-changing edits as minor or to add dates without sources, yet you have done exactly that once again[3] despite multiple warnings and requests. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may request an unblock by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  DrKay (talk) 17:01, 22 March 2017 (UTC)Reply

Ways to improve Zafarnamah Ranjit Singh

edit

Hi, I'm Markdask. Muhammad Umair Mirza, thanks for creating Zafarnamah Ranjit Singh!

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. Hi - good article but you need to work on the language :)

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse.

Request reason:

I'll write with references.

Decline reason:

I am declining this request; when you can explain the reason for the block, what steps you will take to not do it again, and explain specifically what constructive contributions you want to make, you may make another request. 331dot (talk) 15:15, 20 July 2018 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

You will have to do better than that; given your numerous warnings and prior blocks, why should anyone believe you now? 331dot (talk) 15:01, 20 July 2018 (UTC)Reply
  • I don't know what was the reason.
