You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for Legal threats.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Doc James (talk · contribs · email) 16:16, 18 January 2019 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

Show me one legal threat made by the user 'mwiner'. Dr. Heilman (Doc James) has 'doxxed' me on the wikipedia administrators page counter to Wikipedia policy. Dr. Heilman (Doc James) is participating in 'double jeopardy'. He had a complaint against an ip address based user. I have since registered. This is a different user. If I move to timbuktu and create a new user there? Will Dr. Heilman get to block me there too? Ever heard of character assassination? This editor is abusive who resorts to blocking instead of talking. He won't even let me put in an initial edit and have it go to the discussion page. How is this fair? Please unblock me such that I can make the requisite edits and participate in wikipedia the 'correct way' as I've learned using the discussion page.

Decline reason:

You, the person behind this account and the IP, are blocked. You may not edit until the reasons behind your block are resolved. You may be blocked any time you edit Wikipedia, even if you've moved to Mali. I'm sorry that you feel this is unfair. Kuru (talk) 01:49, 19 January 2019 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

Kuru says I will be blocked until the reason is resolved. I can't edit a single page, I have only this little page left... so how am I supposed to resolve the issues? Who do I talk to?

Decline reason:

Fully withdraw your legal threat. this one. You can do that here. Looks like you are harassing them at work. You can stop that too.PS-- It is you who are blocked, regardless of how many user ID's you create. -- Dlohcierekim (talk) 04:09, 19 January 2019 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

I have fully rescinded the legal threat previously. I did it under my ip address. Doc James response was to block my account. I fully rescind the legal threat here again. I now ask that Doc James be blocked for abusing his block ability privileges.

Decline reason:

Thank you for rescinding your legal threat. I am glad you realised how inappropriate that was. I'd have unblocked you if you left it at that, but you continued your attack on Doc James. I'm sorry, but that shows you have no intention of contributing productively here. That's the end of the line for you, I'm afraid. If you subsequently change your mind, you can avail yourself of WP:UTRS. Yamla (talk) 11:46, 19 January 2019 (UTC)Reply

User:Yamla they have not rescinded the legal threats but emailed them a number of times to my university. Doc James (talk · contribs · email) 15:39, 19 January 2019 (UTC)Reply
Really?!? Well, that pretty much guarantees we'll never unblock this person. --Yamla (talk) 22:46, 19 January 2019 (UTC)Reply

is a matter concerning you. You may respond here and ask that your response be carried there if you remain blocked.-- Dlohcierekim (talk) 04:19, 19 January 2019 (UTC)Reply

I'm responding here because I'm blocked on the main page. James Heilman (he posted his name in his bio so I'm not doxxing him (as he did me)) is trying to appropriate Wikipedia for his own designs. From his profile page: "He encourages other clinicians to contribute to the online encyclopedia." You see that he wants clinicians to edit Wikipedia. He marked my first attempt to list Venlafaxine as an opioid as "vandalism" despite the fact that I provided multiple resources and references from the authoritative "PubMed". A few edits go by and I got frustrated. Yes, I did email him and threaten him legally. I admit that. Now that I see how Wikipedia works, I renounce that legal threat. But if you're going to deny me the courts, you have to implement justice here. Heilman (Doc James) wants only dogmatic medical sources to be the source of medical information.

I am trying to warn the public of the dangers of an antidepressant 'Venlafaxine'. I have had 6 years of my life destroyed by this OPIOID. James doesn't want anyone to list Venlafaxine as an opioid because it's counter to 'medical dogma'. The spirit of Wikipedia is to allow authors and editors of all backgrounds access. The theory is that people from across multiple disciplines will create content superior to a dogmatic Encyclopedia. As you can see from his profile... Heilman wants to turn Wikipedia into Pubmed where only physicians can post and/or those that do post can only post content acceptable to physicians. Heilman: Get this through your head... Wikipedia is NOT for physicians only. If you want that, go to pubmed.

This is an editorial bias contrary to Wikipedia's founding principles. Wikipedia is a place -- uniquely so -- that should allow content from all disciplines and all editors.

Heilman has been nothing but abusive to me. He marked my content as 'vanadalism' instead of looking at it. Then he proceeded to block me and continue to block me at every possible opportunity. He allowed for no input, no discussion. I think it's Doc James who should be blocked from editing the Venlafaxine article. He clearly has a heavily dogmatic medical bias. I ask a 'higher editor' to please block Doc James from overseeing the Venlafaxine page. He's ruining Wikipedia and there's already Pubmed for him to write to and oversee.

  • As you are using this talk page essentially just to carry out a continuing attack on User:Doc James, I have revoked your ability to edit it - consider it my attempt to help you avoid digging yourself in any deeper. Whoever reviews your unblock request is welcome to reinstate that ability should they wish. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 07:36, 19 January 2019 (UTC)Reply
