Managing a conflict of interest

Hello, Mykhailo Minakov. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places, or things you have written about in the article Mikhail Minakov, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Either you are Mikhail Minakov (in which case you need to verify your identity via OTRS and abide by Wikipedia's guidelines for autobiographies) or you are working as his representative (in which case you need to change your username and declare your relationship). Either way, you have a clear conflict of interest which has not been addressed despite being raised over a year ago. You may not edit Wikipedia until this issue is resolved.
