Newly opened account - disclosure
editDarn, I lost my password so I have to create this account. The part of my name "new" indicates that it is the new account of srd, which was my old username.
There is an open matter that I need to discuss and will do so. That is the plan. Thank you. Newsrd (talk) 23:15, 17 December 2019 (UTC)

editNote that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice:
{{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}
. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.

Request reason:
I forgot my password. I did not create this account to get around a block. I created it ONLY because I lost my password to User talk:Squeaky Rubber Duck, which you may read to see the history. I also made a disclosure above without any prompting from anyone. As evidence that I have acted in good faith, I did not edit any articles after creating this account, even though it would have been possible to do so. That is proof that I abide by the rules. Please do not act in a nasty fashion, I beg you. I am seeking the STANDARD OFFER. I have obeyed the rules and exceeded them. The Standard Offer is supposed to be six months of good behavior. I am about the 9 month point.
Decline reason:
I see you had an unblock request declined over at User talk:Squeaky Rubber Duck on 2019-12-07. I see this account was created on 2019-12-17. I see you didn't disclose your alternate account. It's possible you lost your password on your original account, but if so, you'd have disclosed your original account when you created this; you didn't. Categorically not at the 9 month point. You are at the zero month point and are now one step closer to a WP:CBAN under WP:3X. Yamla (talk) 22:29, 26 December 2019 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
I sincerely hope the administrator handling this is not using a pretense for blocking. I am sorry that I did not disclose my account to the satisfaction of anyone but I did disclose it. See the top of this user page. I created this account because I lost my password to my original account. Please tell me what I must do to receive the WP:STANDARD OFFER. I have tried to comply with it and I believe that, in good faith, I did comply. Please do not try to make an excuse to block but help me. Squeaky Rubber Duck (that's the name that an administrator gave me, if you don't like it), wrote an article about Prince Philip's road traffic accident. It was deleted. Some other user, Janet Bourne, recreated it. I had nothing to do with it. This is called "sockpuppetry" even though I begged the checkuser to check Janet Bourne but this was not done. Instead, I was just asked to wait it out, which I have done. I have waited beyond 6 months, more than 9 months. Please be kind.Newsrd (talk) 20:43, 28 December 2019 (UTC)
