Ways to improve Food of War

edit

Hello, NoeliaParra,

Thank you for creating Food of War.

I have tagged the page as having some issues to fix, as a part of our page curation process and note that:

Thank you for your new article on Food of War. Note that it is currently an "Orphan" meaning that no other Wikipedia articles link TO it. This makes the article tough to find for interested readers. See WP:DE-ORPHAN for pointers.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Doomsdayer520}}. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~. For broader editing help, please visit the Teahouse.

Delivered via the Page Curation tool, on behalf of the reviewer.

Pipe Yanguas moved to draftspace

edit

An article you recently created, Pipe Yanguas, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Comments regarding Draft:Leonardo Montoya

edit

Hi there! Hope this message found you well. I took a look at your draft and I wanted to bring up a few things that you may be able to find useful for more successful AfC submissions or editing Wikipedia. I think you're on the right track overall, but you may want to pay attention to the following:

  • Read over our Manual of Style, or MOS for short, for how articles should usually look and be organized. Try to avoid bullet points when talking about the career of an artist, or anybody. If you need an example, check out a featured article as those showcase the very best our site has to offer.
  • Be careful about writing in a neutral point of view, and avoid unduly prasie when writing. We try to write Wikipedia from a neutral point of view. This is something I even screw up a few times. It's always good to have a second pair of eyes just in case. Consider using the talk page of an article to resolve any disagreements you may have.
  • Double check your sources and make sure they are reliable. If you're unsure whether a source is considered reliable, consult WP:RSP, where perennially-discussed sources are listed, and if you don't see what you're looking for, discuss it on our noticeboard at WP:RSN.

Lastly, don't be afraid to be bold. If you're sure that something is a good idea and would genuinely help Wikipedia, don't be afraid to just do it. Don't fret if you get reverted upon – if anything, if your edits don't get reverted, you could be seeing it as a sign of you not being bold enough. If you need any further help or assistance, feel free to reach out to me or anyone else here. Happy editing, and congrats on the draft btw; not too many people are willing to even write one let alone multiple. InvadingInvader (userpage, talk) 17:49, 15 December 2023 (UTC)Reply
