What do you mean? The vast majority of editors at the template discussion including several Israeli editors supported the inclusion of occupied territories. So why wouldn't I revert the edit by the IP when there was no consensus for the change? and a lot of that discussion was from 2008, so it hasn't been "left hanging" since my topic bann. --Supreme Deliciousness (talk) 21:24, 31 May 2010 (UTC)

I didn't have a chance to do the tourist thing. I wanted to see downtown St. Petersburg, so I set my GPS to take me there. Instead of the city, it took me to the beaches at Fort De Soto Park which were stunning. Now why couldn't Stewart Beach look like this? (although I love Galveston - lol). Airfares are crazy..I would need to take out a loan of I wanted to visit Israel or even Albuquerque :) It is getting hot here, around 90-95 high so far with evening thunderstorms. Keep in touch! Enough!

I try to contribute and improve Wikipedia through photography and my own experiences in this world. I also choose to leave various routes of contact available, either through links on photos I contribute or on my own user page. Some might call this foolhearty or stupid, but when working to improve an encyclopedia, should we really have anything to hide?

That said, there are certain areas of this encyclopedia that are patrolled by disruptive, agenda-driven individuals, who will stop at nothing to ensure the voices of those whom they disagree with are silenced. Those certain individuals have taken it upon themselves to threaten me several times, via off-wiki email, with "administrative filings" and the like, if I choose to contribute to content that falls under a certain "topic area". I have been told that I will be "punished" if I as much as even comment on user behavior in this realm.

I have no doubt that the individual(s) in question are using "disposable" email addresses, although I'm sure their location and identity could be harvested from them if I tried. I'm also sure if I pushed the issue and did a "forbidden" act, then the guilty party would have to step forward to issue "punishment". But I really don't have time for this childish BS, and today's "suggestive email" was the last straw.

Something on Wikipedia has failed. Its a shame that politics and battle ground mentality has ruined something that had the possibility to be so great. Its also a shame that those in "power" are so blinded by "Assume Good Faith" that disruption and abuse is allowed to continue, while driving away good, productive members of the encyclopedia. --nsaum75^{¡שיחת!‎} 22:24, 6 June 2010 (UTC)

I'm done, SD... I've had enough of battleground mentality of the I/P arena and each and every action being gone over with a fine-tooth-comb to see if anything can possibly be used against someone or be twisted in such a way to be used against someone. I just dropped out of both the Israel and Judaism projects, and have begun to process to find out if any/all of my Israel-related photos can be removed from Wikipedia...or at least dis-associated from me. The constant fighting, forum shopping, admin shopping, policy shopping, policy twisting, anonymous threatening emails and general paranoia is not what building an encyclopedia is about, and I don't wish to have anything further to do with it. --nsaum75^{¡שיחת!‎} 22:33, 8 June 2010 (UTC)

SD, a user is explicitly allowed by policy to create a draft RfC int their userspace. See WP:UP: The compilation of factual evidence (diffs) in user subpages, for purposes such as preparing for a dispute resolution process, is permitted provided it will be used in a timely manner. Yes, see WP:RFC/U. It requires another editor certify the cause of the RfC. It is part of the "dispute resolution" process and is typically required before opening an ArbCom case on a user. Also, you really dont have a reason to be looking at Nsaum's contribs, so there was no reason for you to even see the edit to the sandbox. nableezy - 23:14, 8 June 2010 (UTC)

Ignore the emails, ignore the fighting, ignore the whatever shopping. No need for this; you have uploaded some nice work, fuck whoever has a problem with it. If you feel this place aint worth the aggravation I understand, but try ignoring that nonsense before leaving. Just delete whatever emails you get, and try not to step into the "battles" others are having between each other. There are certainly times you cant avoid such things, and I am not saying step away from the content "battles", just the personal ones, but when you can ignore it try to do so. Honestly, if you just sit back and watch instead of trying to get involved, either as peacemaker or partisan or whatever, the whole thing can be very entertaining. But I'm tired of the content battles over photos, names of places, the twisting of rules, the forum shopping, admin shopping, policy shopping and battleground behavior in the project. The final straw is having my own reference sandboxes turned against me...and certain editors ongoing attempt to continue to bait/battle me even after i've stated a perfectly good reason for my sandboxes... I am disassociating myself from articles in the Israel/Palestine conflict; as such I want my photos removed (or at least disassociated from me, if thats possible...the easiest route seemed deletion). Jorge Cruickshank García

I need your opinion here. Mexican politician Jorge Cruickshank García is nominated for DYK for 8 June. The hook only states "... that socialist Jorge Cruickshank García became the first opposition senator of Mexico in 1976?" I asked the nominator if "opposition" means "non-PRI" but he says that is all his source says. Given the time frame, do you think its OK to change "opposition" to "non-PRI" or leave it as is? Webster, TX post office

I would ask the agents where the law is referenced and how one would be able to read it. Even then it is very easy to photograph the exteriors of post offices from public streets, so I guess the law is only intended to prevent photography of "sensitive" areas. In any case a simple photo of a regular post office should be alright. I've posted several at Commons:Category:Post offices in Texas and Commons:Category:Post offices in Houston - I am trying to get many photos of post offices throughout Houston. Thank you very much! I put both in the Webster, Texas article, and I plan to import both files to the Wikimedia Commons - BTW on the commons category commons:Category:Houston and in many of its sub-categories I began putting in Spanish descriptions for category names and file names, so that people who speak Spanish can more easily navigate the category tree. I'm not very good at the language, but I take time to look up vocabulary and check official Spanish names of places. WhisperToMe (talk) 23:09, 16 May 2010 (UTC)

School - 622 Oklahoma Street and its water tower (I don't know the address, but it should be visible from several points)

San Leon, Texas needs an image of San Leon Elementary School (2655 Broadway Street)
