You submitted Draft:Umswai for review and then you moved it yourself to mainspace, and posted the notice above to yourself, and an identical notice at Talk:Sobai Naphlang. It is not ready to be an encyclopedia article, however; there are no sources that meet Wikipedia's criteria for reliable sources, except perhaps Thurang: Amsai kraine khai khorong, which has a page number so it is probably a book – but it's proved impossible to find out what it is. There are some minimum requirements for the information that's necessary in a citation. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Please don't move it back to mainspace yourself.
