Fair use rationale for Image:KaseyRogers.jpg

I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

AirTran Airways Go Magazine

It is not prime wikipedia information to talk about how it is downloadable online. Also because it is ADVERTISING, which is not aloud, you could be blocked if you continue advertising, I too think it is a great magazine but you CAN NOT advertise on wikipedia.
