Thanks for your work on this article, but I have reverted your edits. It was previously a short but well-referenced article, the result of input by many different editors from 2017 onwards. You scrapped all their work and introduced some useful new information, but with a collection of spelling and grammar problems and disregard for formatting rules. To improve the article, please add new content gradually, step by step, rather than throwing away the work of all other editors. There is a lot to learn about editing Wikipedia, so please take things rather more slowly. I hope you won't be discouraged by this and will continue to edit this amazing encyclopedia. One little tip: you don't need to type [[stalactite|stalactites]]. Just type [[stalactite]]s. Both will look like this: stalactites, and will link to stalactite. Any letters which follow immediately, without a space, after a link, will be added to the word which is linked - it's an elegant way to link to a plural or similar word. PamD 14:43, 18 May 2021 (UTC)
