Speedy deletion of Patrick Katon

A tag has been placed on Patrick Katon requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. Repeated recreation of deleted material.

Hi, please don't repeatedly recreate deleted articles like Patrick Katon. The article appears to not meet Wikipedia's inclusion criteria for biographies and appears unlikely to do so.
