I have no connection to the accounts mentioned and with my account links to gambling sites were never added to any Wikipedia page. I suspect this is a case of mistaken identity?

Hi Oshwah, Hope this message finds you well. I have been active in the German Wikipedia since 2012 and have made over 1,000 edits in that time. So if you check my stats on German Wikipedia you can see that I have been actively contributing to Wikipedia for a long time and am certainly not here to spread spam. Unfortunately, based on the information in your "block" above, I can't understand what exactly I'm supposed to have done. I am very confident that my account has not been hacked and that I have not created other Wikipedia accounts or linked to gambling sites. Can you give me some details of what led you to believe this so I can try to clear up the misunderstanding? Were the accounts created in chronological relation to each other from the same network? Or were gambling sites linked from my account? I would like to try to clear up the misunderstanding so that I can use my account again in the English Wikipedia.
