Sorry
I am sorry to have caused you some trouble. I will now take a break from Wikipedia for a while. Lean Anael (talk) 20:34, 16 January 2020 (UTC)

Qubad Talabani
Hello, I replied to you earlier regarding the English page of Qubad Talabani. The place of birth in the book is not accurate, will try to find an accurate source.
Regarding the other contents they deserve to be highlighted as they are a major milestones in his life (Operation Iraqi Freedom and KRG Representative to the US) and for Early life, it was placed at the bottom as it is not as important as his political career
I hope we can work it out to revert back the previous content I edited as the structure that it was set in makes more sense.
cheers :) Ditswiki (talk) 13:21, 17 January 2020 (UTC)
Hi Ditswiki, yeah, good, then we wait for a better source for the place of birth. I'll try to find a source, too. But you can not just copy paste text in the article. Not a single phrase should be copied from an other article. And biographies usually begin with early life and education. Look at Jalal Talabani. Or Albert Einstein and Bruce Chatwin both articles awarded with a Good Article. And read Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons. I think this helps. Paradise Chronicle (talk) 15:32, 17 January 2020 (UTC)
- P.S:
- Of course these guidelines are difficult to achieve standards for just one editor and there exist many Wikipedia Biographies that don't meet them. But on :Wikipedia we are a team and work together. One editor contributes one info to an article and an other one an other info. And an exemption for copying text :are quotes.Paradise Chronicle (talk) 20:09, 17 January 2020 (UTC)

Dear DPL Bot and others who read this page,
It was on purpose because it links to both Delphic festivals because the theme is THE (all) Festivals, further in the edit I also linked to the first and the second Delphic festival in separate wikilinks. From my point of view, all correct, but everyone who feels it is not correct, is free to change it.
Thank your very much for very attentive work,

President of Turkey
Hi, I just wanted to let you know I just reverted a couple of your good-faith edits today in President of Turkey. You restored a section about the residence that had been blanked by an IP, and added a citation. However, the IP is an obvious sock of a blocked and long-term-abusive editor Shingling334, who has targeted that article extensively in the past (usually for vandalism, trying to get the page edit-protected). He first added the section, then blanked it, I guess hoping that someone else would restore it, which is a typical pattern. You or anyone else are welcome to write a section about the residence in your own words. However, I removed the material in accordance with WP:BMB, and I believe it should not be restored. Thanks... --IamNotU (talk) 14:29, 4 April 2020 (UTC)

The proper English grammar is "heavy drinker" and does not need to include "alcohol" and the phrase "first president to die office" is incorrect. It needs to be "First president to die in office". Speedy deletion nomination of Şark İslahat Plani
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

Rollback granted
Hi Paradise Chronicle. After reviewing your request for "rollbacker", I have enabled rollback on your account. Keep in mind these things when going to use rollback:
- Getting rollback is no more momentous than installing Twinkle.
- Rollback should be used to revert clear cases of vandalism only, and not good faith edits.
- Rollback should never be used to edit war.
- If abused, rollback rights can be revoked.
- Use common sense.
If you no longer want rollback, contact me and I'll remove it. Also, for some more information on how to use rollback, see Wikipedia:Administrators' guide/Rollback (even though you're not an admin). I'm sure you'll do great with rollback, but feel free to leave me a message on my talk page if you run into troubles or have any questions about appropriate/inappropriate use of rollback. Thank you for helping to reduce vandalism. Happy editing! Anarchyte (talk • work) 09:55, 23 May 2020 (UTC)

Kirkuk: Please don't cross out any fact, even if it's on one side, then I don't understand why the amendment is not neutral Torivar (talk) 19:27, 12 December 2020 (UTC)

- Kirkuk is quite a contested article due to its History of Kurds, Arabs and Turkmens. Now presenting it as the undisputed capital of Kurdistan Region, which it is not even according to the constitution of the Kurdistan Region, is not very NPOV. (de jure=Legally) is usually used complementary with a (de facto) which is not the case, and it is not legally the capital of Kurdistan Region, but planned to become the capital of the Kurdistan Region. A hypothetical intent should be presented as such and doesn't need to be in the second phrase in the lead of an existing city. The Sharizor part can go into history to the other entities of which Kirkuk was a capital of.Paradise Chronicle (talk) 21:53, 12 December 2020 (UTC)

Paradise Chronicle There is history, there is documentation of what happened and is happening. There is no need for the opinions or theories of certain parties, so the actual situation of the city must be clarified. As for the constitution, it can be ascertained, Erbil is the de facto capital, while Kirkuk is the de jure capital. It also has nothing to do with the attempt to de facto accompli, so this is not an excuse. my greetings. Torivar (talk) 00:55, 13 December 2020 (UTC)
- I just tried to help, this kind of verve will likely lead to extensive discussions. The capital part is already covered further down I the article. A clarified version of the capital story is now also prominently in the lead. I see it as valid to include the info, but for now only chronologically. Calling this sabotage... can lead to a report for not assuming good faith, which I of course will not issue. I really just try to welcome you in a good and constructive manner. Hey, PC, I'm so sorry if I asked that question in a way that seemed harsh! I didn't intend that, only to try to attain clarity! —valereee (talk) 21:10, 18 February 2021 (UTC)
- Don't worry, you were sort of right. My intention was good, too, but at the stage of RfA's one shouldn't wobble around with the phrasing of questions. There will be RfAs again, and similar questions will come up until the issue is solved. I actually try to formulate the questions in a general fashion, as last time (at Hog Farm) my question was maybe a bit too detailed and met with some slight criticism from a very respected editor.Paradise Chronicle (talk) 22:08, 18 February 2021 (UTC)
- Ah, I see! You asked a very specific question at Hog Farm's and someone said it was too specific, and then you made it less specific for TJMS, and I came along and said it wasn't specific enough! :D I'm sorry about that!
- Maybe if we turn this around, I can help you define your question for the next RfA: Can you think of an answer that would make you think, "Yes, that's what I was hoping to hear, I will support this candidate?" Or conversely, one that would make you think the opposite -- that you would oppose the candidate?
- (The reason I ask is that unless you need to know the answer to this question before you can decide whether to support or oppose, it's probably not a question for RfA but instead should be discussed at some policy talk page.) —valereee (talk) 13:10, 19 February 2021 (UTC)

Hello Paradise Chronicle, in this edit you added probably that his legal immunity was removed. Yesterday, his parliamentary membership was removed, not his legal immunity. see The 16. Istanbul Convention
Hello again Paradise Chronicle. Thank you for your editing. President of Turkey took this decision on March 20, but Turkey have reported the General Secretariat on 22 March for this decision of withdrawal. full-list of signatures In order to withdraw from the contract, this decision must be reported to the Council of Europe. For example, ratification date for Turkey is 14 March 2012, but Turkish parliament has taken this ratification on 24 November 2011. ratification of Turkish parliament Also on 10 February 2012, the Turkish government decided to transmit this decision of the parliament to the president, and this approval of the parliament was accepted by the president and was published in the official gazette on 8 March 2012 [1]. Probably Turkey has reported to the Council this ratification on 14 March 2012. Dates accepted by the Council are entered to this template. I wonder if you can edit withdrawal date that way? Regards. Uncitoyen (talk) 12:37, 27 March 2021 (UTC)
- I can try to do so. I expanded on the ratification of the treaty at Women in Turkey. I also adapted my edits at the Istanbul Convention and I removed the withdrawal column for now as the process of withdrawal is still ongoing until the 1 July 2021. It can re-added at that date or a bit earlier with expected in parenthesis. Thank you for the trust. To have a Global Sysop with less than 400 edits in the English Wikipedia on my Talk Page twice within a few days is not something I was expecting.Paradise Chronicle (talk) 22:10, 27 March 2021 (UTC)
- No problem. I wanted to make a small edit for the withdrawal, but it was better to inform you. I specify my views on issues related to Turkey, I had nothing to do with global sysop rights. :) In the meantime, related legal cases have begun to be filed for the cancel of the decision on the grounds that it is against the law. Must see once
Hello @Paradise Chronicle:, I want to make Emiway Bantai. I tried once before to create an article Emiway Bantai (Indian rapper), but it was deleted, which probably would not have passed GNG at that time. Then I found a Machayenge article from Emiway on Wiki. When I checked that article, it turned out that it was created by CptViraj. He is also an NPR. When I talked to him about this, he said that he was previously associated with this subject. So now he does not want to make it. Then I saw their sandbox which was made to make User:CptViraj/sandbox/Emiway Bantai. Recently I have prepared an article on their sandbox. Therefore, I will ask you to review it. Since its main title is Protected by the Administrator, I will ask you to move it to Emiway. Must see once. Thank you 2402:3A80:10CA:7818:C024:C6CC:B8CC:5E1E (talk) 10:23, 9 May 2021 (UTC)

- Sorry for the delay. I have made a short overview of the article in question, but I am not as experienced enough yet, to move it to draft space. Then also I am not experienced enough in the Indian rapper scene and I'd prefer someone with more knowledge on the topic has a look at it as well. The article seems to have enough sources though. AANES disruption
Hi Paradise Chronicle. Regarding the disruption at AANES, if you don't get a robust enough response to your report at AN/3RR, or it gets archived without action, maybe it's better to file a report at AN/I or AE? They seem like more appropriate forums given the general battleground behaviour and whiff of meatpuppetry. I apologise for not filing something myself, but I'm really stretched for time at the moment. Jr8825 • Talk 00:11, 3 July 2021 (UTC)

The fact was ... that Philip Kreyenbroek taught Iranian studies at the University of Göttingen due to his interest in Yazidi traditions and the fact that about half of the Yazidi diaspora lived in Germany at the time? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Philip G. Kreyenbroek. Atatürk's nationalism
Hi Paradise Chronicle. A recently-created article Atatürk's nationalism looks like an unnecessary pro-Turkish nationalist POV fork of Kemalism and Turkish nationalism to me, but I'm no expert on this area. Would you mind taking a quick look and offering a second opinion? Thanks. – Joe (talk) 06:21, 3 September 2021 (UTC)
- Hi Joe, I was looking at it and the Nationalism section at Kemalism as to me is more on topic of Atatürks nationalism than the article Atatürk's Nationalism. I suggest to expand the Nationalism section in Kemalism much more before creating a new article on the subject. Paradise Chronicle (talk) 08:04, 3 September 2021 (UTC)

you likely undid my edit..please explain the logic.
hi, im just hoping you can explain why my edit was wrong and how the lineage currently in print makes any logical sense. i could totally be wrong here, and if i am i do hope to learn, but it seriously is really hard to wrap my mind around the way it stands. thanks.
ok I edited the page: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arrhidaeus
because i arrived there by starting at alexander the greats page, clicking on the link for his father phillip II, then from phillip II page i clicked on his father amyntas III, then from amyntas III page i clicked his father arrhidaeus....hopefully we can both agree that 3 fathers deep from a person would equate to their great grandfather...that being said, arrhideaus would be alexanders great grandfather.... however, the page for arrhidaeus has him listed as one of alexanders generals, it also states he was selected to return alexanders body when alexander died in 323BC...using the years listed throughout the lineage, in 323BC arrhidaeus would have been well over 100 years of age.
now i find a few things highly unlikely 1.)that alexander would have his grandfather as a general, not to mention his GREAT grandfather.. 2.)that arrhideaus was even still alive in 323BC (a 100+ year life span was prettymuch unheard of during those times) 3.)that even if this 100+ year old general and great grandfather of the king WAS in fact in the kings army, he would be one of the LAST people selected to shoulder the burden of bringing the deceased kings body back home.
Could you PLEASE explain to me why the history that is listed is correct.. if its not correct and it was my poor editing and poor wikietiquette, could you please let me know the correct way that it needs to be done.
but yeah, its just so completely far fetched it makes no sense at all..almost like there should be 2 people named arrhidaeus and the one thats currently linked would be his general and then a separate page linking to his great gandfather...can you please explain the logic or let me know somehow whats really going on there..if you check the talk page for arrhidaeus, im not the first person to notice things literally dont add up.
sorry to be a bother, i just feel like if it can be fixed, it probably should be fixed. thanks for your time either way it goes.
i appreciate any info you can share. Snarevox (talk) 06:18, 18 November 2021 (UTC)

- Hi Snarevox, after you edited the Arrhidaeus article you left a large amount of text above and within the article pointing out there was a mistake. I first tried to understand and to fix it, but I was a bit slow and had low internet access these days. Today I took off the wikilink to Arrhidaeus at Amyntas III of Macedon. I hope your concern is addressed for now. If you feel there is a mistake again, do not hesitate to leave me a message. Paradise Chronicle (talk) 15:38, 18 November 2021 (UTC)
thank you!!!! i really do appreciate the fix. it made no sense and i know i left a buncha junk where it didnt belong but there were just too many little tidbits relating back to alexander for me to fix it without affecting more links that i had no business messing with. i never thought about simply removing the link from the previous page to essentially make it two separate arrhideaus'(s?). what you did was so simple yet simultaneously brilliant it actually kinda blows my mind. thanks again. im not super into punctuation as i hate cellphone keyboards. have a great day, and may you be blessed with free unlimited broadband for the resta your days!!! - Thank you for the information on the concern on Rexxs, I am not as much into it as you and I haven't really had much (if at all) interaction with Rexxs in the past. I just think Rexxs should edit again or show that he is editing. And if so, maybe have some more patience. Maybe he already is active and will show it later? Who knows?Paradise Chronicle (talk) 14:11, 5 December 2021 (UTC)
Copyright policy
Hi, I saw your comment "no copyvio as sources are in German" at Template:Did you know nominations/Rudolf Pohl, is that correct? I understand that translating non-English sources can breach copyright, see e.g. Copyright#Economic rights, but can't see any obvious Wikipedia policy on this. TSventon (talk) 07:30, 17 December 2021 (UTC)
- Yeah, thanks for the heads up. Well I figured that the copyvio of earwig will give a negative turnout if it translates from German to English, which is also correct. What I didn't see is, that there is actually also an English source. I any case, I should have worded it out better and will add the earwig result for the DYK prepper. Paradise Chronicle (talk) 07:48, 17 December 2021 (UTC)
- Thanks, my concern is whether the guidance should be clarified, rather than the risk of copyvio in that specific article. TSventon (talk) 08:01, 17 December 2021 (UTC)
- How about contacting Diannaa with this issue? Paradise Chronicle (talk) 08:46, 17 December 2021 (UTC)
- Funnily enough that was exactly what I was thinking. Now done. TSventon (talk) 09:05, 17 December 2021 (UTC)
