Speedy deletion nomination of PASHA Insurance

A tag has been placed on PASHA Insurance requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a clear copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from http://pasha-insurance.az/en/about-us. There have been two problems with this account: the account has been used for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia, and your username indicates that the account represents a business or other organisation or group, which is also against policy, as an account must be for just one person. - There's also sockpuppetry concerning User:Marketingislove. Creating a new account instead of the blocked one would have been acceptable; editing the article with multiple accounts is not. {{unblock-spamun|mktguru123|Hello, I requested to change username for 3 times. And nothing happened. Then, I just created an account so that I can start again to contribute to Wikipedia. Now I have multiple issues. My IP was blocked because I used 2 accounts to edit an article while I actually thought it is normal to register from different computers with new accounts. But actually it does not matter to me. One account is more than enough for me. I applied for new account, as well and explain them the issue, I am waiting for their email now. As I previously mentioned, I intend to be active on Wikipedia and create articles related to Azerbaijan. I started with PASHA Insurance since it is quite famous in Azerbaijan. Also, I intend to write about other companies which deserve to be in Wikipedia. As well as, considering that most of the articles on topic Azerbaijan are outdated, I will update them. Please, I just want one proper account that will allow me to edit/create in line with Wikipedia rules. How can you help me?
Before I had -
- Pasha insurance (This account was blocked by Wikipedia since it is a company name.)
However, due to Wikipedia terms and conditions, Wikipedia allowed me to to create new one. Which was -

At the same time, I created another account from my different computer -

I am so confused with all these happening to me. All I want is one proper account which will allow me to create new pages or edit.

- For the record, there seems to be a bug that currently prevents renaming. This does not address the issues of using multiple accounts or the fact that this editor's only purpose, despite claims to the contrary, seems to be to write about this company regarding which they likely have a conflict of interest. I'll leave it to other admins to decide what should be done here. Possibly keeping this account blocked and unblocking the other may work since renaming right now seems to be impossible due to the bug. Huon (talk) 10:16, 2 July 2016 (UTC)
