I fear you are wasting your time continuing to edit this draft, once a submission has been rejected as contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia, it will not be considered further. The draft still reads nothing like an encyclopaedia article, I suggest you get some practice editing in other areas to get a better feel for what is acceptable. Thank you Liz. I was told the article was suitable for posting as Clay Millican had done nothing noteworthy in their eyes. I disagreed of course to no avail, but Clay is a six time World Champion in his sport. I will resubmit a draft at some point. Thank you again.
