Thank you for updating me. Perhaps you can guide me as I felt that the source would have been considered reliable considering it was published as per the below on the University of Otago website and was ministry of health research performed by the Department of Preventive and Social Medicine, Dunedin School of Medicine. To my mind this seems to meet the criteria laid out in your documentation.
I ask as I don't want to make the same mistake again.
