A belated welcome!
editHere's wishing you a belated welcome to Wikipedia, Pcwendland. I see that you've already been around a while and wanted to thank you for your contributions. Though you seem to have been successful in finding your way around, you may benefit from following some of the links below, which help editors get the most out of Wikipedia:

Also, when you post on talk pages you should sign your name using four tildes (~~~~); that should automatically produce your username and the date after your post.
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! If you have any questions, feel free to leave me a message on my talk page, consult Wikipedia:Questions, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and ask your question there.

Articles you might like to edit, from SuggestBot
editSuggestBot predicts that you will enjoy editing some of these articles. Have fun!
SuggestBot picks articles in a number of ways based on other articles you've edited, including straight text similarity, following wikilinks, and matching your editing patterns against those of other Wikipedians. It tries to recommend only articles that other Wikipedians have marked as needing work. Your contributions make Wikipedia better — thanks for helping.
If you have feedback on how to make SuggestBot better, please tell me on SuggestBot's talk page. Thanks from Nettrom (talk), SuggestBot's caretaker. -- SuggestBot (talk) 20:07, 17 April 2014 (UTC)

Ambassador application
editHello. I participate in the education program. I saw that you applied to be an ambassador. Earlier, 10 September, I emailed you through Wikipedia offering to chat about Wikipedia things.
About your ambassador education - you are on the edge of qualifying for the tools. If you insist that you want them, then I can help you get them without further discussion. However, a little chat either on or off-wiki might be useful, because I see that you are a new contributor, and you might not be aware that there is no software/technical/social support for using any of the privileges associated with being an ambassador. The ambassador program has been in limbo for at least a year, maybe two, and as a community there is uncertainty of what to do with the tools associated with classrooms in the program.
If you want to use Wikipedia in the classroom, the new standard way to do this is to follow the instructions at Wikipedia:Education_program/Educators. This puts you in touch with paid staff at the Wiki Education Foundation who fill the role previously completed by ambassadors.
I am happy to support you more, especially since you are interested in health and medicine, but I thought it would be fair to inform you of barriers to going forward with some of what is offered in print here. Thoughts? Thanks. Blue Rasberry (talk) 18:22, 16 September 2015 (UTC)
