Request reason:

It's unclear what part of the edit warring rules I'm breaking, and no additional information was provided. I am actually the party following the (BRD) cycle. Please see page history. I rewrote it once, was reverted, rewrote it again, was reverted, and then blocked.PhenomenonDawn (talk) 21:51, 22 April 2023 (UTC)

Decline reason:

The BRD cycle requires that you discuss your changes. Please point to where you discussed and obtained WP:CONSENSUS for your changes. I cannot see any consensus on that article's talk page. Instead, you clearly engaged in WP:EW. Yamla (talk) 21:58, 22 April 2023 (UTC)

I have spent considerable time describing the current issues on the talk page and am also seeking dispute resolution through the Neutrality noticeboard. I am requesting an unblock due to demonstrating an understanding of Wikipedia's process. PhenomenonDawn (talk) 14:10, 24 April 2023 (UTC)
