Dear Mr. Tran: Thanks for your note. I located the page in question and looked at its entire history. I'm extremely reluctant to allow this page to be recreated since there has been a long history of misuse and vandalism associated with it; it was deleted and recreated at least six times, which is a few more than I usually allow to go by before I protect a page against further recreation. As well, my examination of the contents of the deleted pages seems to indicate that there are two separate organizations here, and it seems as though the efforts of one are being attributed to the other in at least one instance, although I may be mistaken.

At any rate, I'm willing to work with you on this, but I will require convincing that there is going to be a useful product at the end of the process. I will create a "sandbox" page for you at User:Philipntran/Sandbox -- just click on the link to go there -- and you can use that page to assemble information that you believe would be appropriate to include in an article about the organization in question. My recommendation would be that you look at our policies on reliable sources and notability, as well as the useful information at WP:Your first article, and put together a draft before we proceed further. If you require further assistance, feel free to leave me a further note. Accounting4Taste:talk 22:22, 7 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

Incidentally, there is nothing that I could locate in any deleted version of the page that would be of any use to you, to the best of my knowledge, since all versions that I viewed were no more than a sentence or two. Accounting4Taste:talk 22:24, 7 May 2009 (UTC)Reply
Also you might advise your associates that creating pages containing material like "wiki is gay for deleting my articles" is not the best way to gain the trust of the community in these matters; that's another reason why I'm hesitant to recreate the page in question without some evidence of good faith.
