editWelcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed content from Jeff Daniels. When removing text, please specify a reason in the edit summary and discuss edits that are likely to be controversial on the article's talk page. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the text has been restored, as you can see from the Daniels&action=history page history. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you.

A tag has been placed on Daisy Owl requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.) or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the article or have a copy emailed to you. Vegetarianism: Changing sourced material
editThis is not what the sources say, and has thus been reverted. Not everyone defines fish as meat, as the Meat article makes clear in its lead, and these sources clearly do not.
In the future, do not change sourced material in Wikipedia articles...unless the sources back up what you are changing it to. Flyer22 (talk) 08:59, 10 September 2009 (UTC)
Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did to Walt Disney, is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources, please take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Tiggerjay (talk) 19:48, 20 September 2009 (UTC)

editPlease do not add original research or novel syntheses of previously published material to our articles as you apparently did to Marlon Brando. Please cite a reliable source for all of your information. Thank you. TheRealFennShysa (talk) 14:46, 7 February 2011 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification
editHi. When you recently edited The Full Monty, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Best Director (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Starman
editHi. Thanks for working to improve the site with your edits to Starman (film). However, the edit had to be reverted, because Wikipedia cannot accept unsourced material or original research. This includes material lacking cited sources, or obtained through personal knowledge or unpublished synthesis of previously published material. Wikipedia requires that the material in its articles be accompanied by reliable, verifiable (usually secondary) sources explicitly cited in the text in the form of an inline citation. Thanks. :-) Nightscream (talk) 14:24, 8 December 2012 (UTC)

April 2013
editHello, I'm Doniago. I wanted to let you know that I undid your recent edits to the Death Becomes Her plot summary because they added a significant amount of unneeded detail. Please avoid excessive detail and high word counts when editing plot summaries/synopses. You may read the plot summary edit guides to learn more about contributing constructively to plot summaries/synopses. There are also specific guidelines for films, musicals, television episodes, anime/manga, novels and non-fiction books. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. -- Doniago (talk) 15:39, 17 April 2013 (UTC)
