Saint Mundita and her incongruous reliquaries

Hello there! In the Munditia article you added [1] this image [2] with the caption "Another view of the reliquary", when it is obviously not the same reliquary. Can you explian the discrepancy?

I'm also curious to know why this image was uploaed by Andrew Bossi but used by you, and -only- by you. How did you know he'd uploaded it? Why did you add it to the article instead of him?
