Changes to OrbitboxPlanet templates

Hi, I reverted out your addition of a radius column to the OrbitboxPlanet templates. This is a major layout change that affects many articles, and at present the majority of known exoplanets do not have this information. Thank you for the response and I apologize if my comments on the article talk page came off like I am shooting the messenger. I too love articles on quantum mechanics and space travel and would love to see a break-through in space travel. I am, however, skeptical of break-through announcements (even from NASA). You used the wording of the secondary online news sources for the article that, in turn, used the press releases from the research group. The news sources should have known better than to repeat the fantastic claims of the group without carefully looking into them. I am tempted to put the article up for deletion however it is perhaps better to leave it to counter the fantastic (and unsupported) claims being made for this device. Florence Griffith Joyner

Quantanew - Nearly two weeks ago, you asked me to discuss an edit to Florence Griffith Joyner on that talk page rather than removing it from the entry. Though I find the edit to be unencyclopedic and virtually indefensible, I complied with your request, but the talk page section has sat undiscussed for all of this time. Are you planning to comment? I see that someone has edited the poor grammar, but I really don't feel like the testosterone information should be there at all without a source connecting it to the subject.

As an additional heads up, I believe you mischaracterized the revert process when you commented in your edit summary "Don't revert before talk". Though there are exceptions, the usual process is known as WP:BRD - bold, revert, discuss. One editor makes a bold edit, another editor reverts it (as I did with good explanation in the edit summary on this article), so the next step would be discussion (not another revert like yours). Hi, the reason why I removed your recent edits is that the claim of FTL travel being possible is a pretty huge one, and requires lots of realiable sources to back it up. The Washington post article was not related (it was speculation, and published before the experiments were performed). The other two are non-peer reviewed presentations. I have found that the subject image that you recently uploaded was more than 5% in excess of the Non-free content guideline size of 100,000 pixels. I have tagged the image for a standard reduction, which (for jpg/gif/png/svg files) normally happens within a day. Please check the reduced image, and make sure that the image is not excessively corrupted. Other files will be added to Category:Wikipedia non-free file size reduction requests for manual processing. There is a full seven-day period before the original oversized image will be hidden; during that time you might want to consider editing the original image yourself (perhaps an initial crop to allow a smaller reduction or none at all). A formula for the calculation of the desired size can be found at WP:Image resolution, along with instructions on how to tag the image in the rare cases that it requires an oversized image (typically about 0.2% of non-free uploads are tagged as necessarily oversized).
