Hi, friend

edit

I have written a proposed remedy to the Richard Arthur Norton affair, to be taken to AN/I in the event that ArbCom defers the case. Since the original thread is hatted, the proposal has been made on his talk page (User_talk:Richard_Arthur_Norton_(1958-_)). As you were a participant in the original thread, I would very much appreciate your comments as to whether the proposed remedy satisfies your concerns. Thanks, —Tim /// Carrite (talk) 23:36, 4 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

Hi

The reason of removal is due to wrong information being posted on some articales if you would compare the edits you would see, it one account who is trying to change the fact due to socio-political reason. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Bhutta2012 (talkcontribs) 23:32, 5 February 2013 (UTC) I am sorry, but i believe wikipedia.org is should have right information on the pages, if you would check following pages Multan, Bahawalpur, Mianwali, Muzaffar garh, Dera Gazi Khan, Layyah, Bhakkar, Khanewal, Rahim yar khan all these pages are recently edited by one user maria0333, Information on these pages before edition was OK and edited by different users but the right information. However the edition after maria033 is not correct, what i want to do is to undo those changes only. Thanks for understandig. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Bhutta2012 (talkcontribs) 00:01, 6 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

Ok, i appreciate your suggestion, would surely get back with solid references before doing undo.. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Bhutta2012 (talkcontribs) 00:08, 6 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

Hi there NEAL, AL from Portugal "here",

not sure i understand your question fully (due to the title), but i'll try to "shed light on the matter": i added the player to the list of famous players at CD Numancia B because he played there many many seasons (quite sure he surpassed the mandatory 100-game mark, unlike many (all?) of the others). The other part of your question is simple: the article says he plays for CD Izarra because... HE DOES (please check the second external link in his article, you will see "CD Izarra (2012-)" therein written, proof that he arrived in 2012 and has not left yet).

Hopefully i cleared your doubts, attentively - --AL (talk) 23:38, 5 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion declined: Lizzie Velazquez

edit

Hello RNealK, and thanks for your work patrolling new changes. I am just informing you that I declined the speedy deletion of Lizzie Velazquez - a page you tagged - because: Feel free to list at Afd, but the extremely rare disease is a claim of notability. . Please review the criteria for speedy deletion before tagging further pages. If you have any questions or problems, please let me know. KillerChihuahua 05:59, 7 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

Hi, I went to the Twinkle Talk page at Wikipedia_talk:Twinkle#An_extremely_condescending_template and they told me to tell you you're running an outdated version. RNealK (talk) 23:00, 7 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

Heaven Knows (Rise Against single)‎ speedy deletion nomination

edit

I was just wondering if you have read the speedy deletion criterion that you tagged the article with. WP:A3 is the section of the the policy that applies to {{db-empty}}. It specifically excludes articles with just an infobox. GB fan 01:01, 28 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

It says it applies to articles consisting only of, among other things, template tags. It would apply to an empty infobox because then it would consist only of a template. That is not what the article consists of, it has data in the infobox. Do you see the difference? GB fan 02:54, 28 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion declined: SPONGE (Activist Group)

edit

Hello RNealK. I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of SPONGE (Activist Group), a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: Not blatantly vandalism or a hoax. Thank you. — Malik Shabazz Talk/Stalk 03:31, 30 March 2013 (UTC)Reply

Check out Wikipedia:April fools/April Fools' Day 2012 and refrain yourself from posting in my user page, you are giving me headaches, I nominated Wikipedia yes, but I didn't mean to edit the actual page, it was sort of Twinkle mechanism. Eduemoni↑talk↓ 03:45, 1 April 2013 (UTC)Reply

Your comment at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Extraterrestrial skies

edit

RNealK, your suggestion of meatpuppetry is very inappropriate - even if not meant seriously - and is contrary to Wikipedia's code of civility. The sarcastic tone of 'Since when are "I've read articles on the subject" and "Seems okay to me" valid keep criteria?' is also inappropriate, as well as pointless. Every AfD has its portion of votes without a good argument, but it does not really matter because the closing administrator will ignore them. The decision will be based on the quality of the arguments. See also Wikietiquette. RockMagnetist (talk) 16:55, 4 April 2013 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open!

edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
