Hi Genisock2, I found the photo among my collection without any copyrights. I'm not sure if this fells into the "my own pictures" category or not! If not, can you please tell me in which categoy does it fall? thnx.

Almost any image will be protected by copyright. Since you didn't take it you can't release it under a free license thus it cannont be used on wikipedia.Genisock2 (talk) 10:57, 10 April 2008 (UTC)

Thanks for uploading Image:Manuel jose.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. RE:Image:Scct concession agreement.jpg

This image is taken by Suez Canal Container Terminal Public Relation Department to cover the event of signing. There are similar pgotos on the internet for this event as it's a national one covered by Egyptian TV and newspapers but this is an original photo from the source company which I'm employed in and the creator of its page on Wikipedia.
