Proposed deletion of Rule the Rail!

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Rule the Rail!, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:
- Non-notable
All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). Notification: changes to "Mark my edits as minor by default" preference

On 13 March 2011, this preference was hidden from the user preferences screen as part of efforts to prevent its accidental misuse (consensus discussion). This had the effect of locking users in to their existing preference, which, in your case, was true. To complete the process, your preference will automatically be changed to false in the next few days. This does not require any intervention on your part and you will still be able to manually mark your edits as being 'minor'. The only thing that's changed is that you will no longer be able to have them marked as minor by default. For more information on what a minor edit is, see WP:MINOR or feel to get in touch.

A tag has been placed on Блок-участок, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a redirect to a nonexistent page, or a redirect loop.
If you can fix this redirect to point to an existing Wikipedia page, please do so and remove the speedy deletion tag.
