Casta
Hi I have reverted your unexplained removal of sourced content from the article Casta. I suggest you take to talk if you want to make significant modifications to the stable version. ThanksArmandojosenavarro (talk) 11:58, 19 April 2021 (UTC)
- Armandojosenavarro, please do not accuse me of removing sourced content when you were the one who did it. And, kindly stop making disruptive edits. You seem to have a problem with content that is sourced in the article, so I suggest you discuss it on the talk page. Do not drag me into it. Ashleyyoursmile! 12:05, 19 April 2021 (UTC)
- Apologies. I think there is no actual conflict there seems to be a glitch of some sort? Could you identify the last stable version? Armandojosenavarro (talk) 12:07, 19 April 2021 (UTC)
- I think I got confused, accidentally blanked the article and reverted myself like an idiot. Again I apologize.Armandojosenavarro (talk) 12:09, 19 April 2021 (UTC)

I just wanted to let you know that the biggie cheese IP you reported also created an account. I reported the account before you reported the IP. Would it be possible for you to edit your comment on AIV? Thanks. Scorpions13256 (talk) 15:42, 20 April 2021 (UTC)

Sockpuppetry
Hi Ashleyyoursmile, it's been a while! Apparently, a user called Klka7745556169 was a sockpuppet controlled by you, but a similarly named user called Klka7745556168 is being controlled by a different user. I think that the one supposedly controlled by you is a mistake. I don't think that you would do this! Cheers, Hockeycatcat (talk) 12:08, 23 April 2021 (UTC)
- Hi Hockeycatcat, nice to hear from you. :) Both accounts are LTAs and have been reported. They are trying to impersonate me by creating similar userpages and adding the suspected sockpuppet tags. Please make sure to report such accounts in future. I have literally nothing to do with them. Ashleyyoursmile! 12:10, 23 April 2021 (UTC)
That's terrible! I did try to report them because I had my suspicions and you had requested speedy deletion, but you already beat me to it! Hockeycatcat (talk) 12:12, 23 April 2021 (UTC)
- I just got rid of your name and put the original back on there. Hockeycatcat (talk) 12:15, 23 April 2021 (UTC)

Edits to San Carlos reservation page
Ashley, I just corrected a false statement on the San Carlos Apache page, and you reverted it.
The statement that the reservation was established for the Chiricahua Apache Tribe isn't true. The Chiricahua Apache Tribe was separate and distinct from the Western Apache.
As a Chiricahua Apache, and former tribal leader, I find it very troubling when our history is conflated with other tribes. Chiricahua people did live there, but they were forced to move there 5 years after the reservation had been established. It was established after San Carlos Apache Chief Eskiminzin met with General O.O. Howard seeking a reservation for his people.
The edit saying that it was established for the Chiricahua Apache is unsubstantiated because it is untrue, and it should not have been placed there. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jhao (talk • contribs) 17:57, 8 February 2021 (UTC)

Edit to WHTZ Radio
Ashley, originally I had edited the fact that WHTZ was no longer on SiriusXM satellite radio. It used to be in one of the top positions having listened to it often. Then it was removed from that top position. I later examined SiriusXM and found that the station was on a higher numbered channel. So retracted the edit. Autopatrolled granted
Hi Ashleyyoursmile, I just wanted to let you know that I have added the "autopatrolled" permission to your account, as you have created numerous, valid articles. This feature will have no effect on your editing, and is simply intended to reduce the workload on new page patrollers. For more information on the autopatrolled right, see Wikipedia:Autopatrolled. However, you should consider adding relevant wikiproject talk-page templates, stub-tags and categories to new articles that you create if you aren't already in the habit of doing so, since your articles will no longer be systematically checked by other editors (User:Evad37/rater and User:SD0001/StubSorter.js are useful scripts which can help). Feel free to leave me a message if you have any questions. Happy editing! Beeblebrox (talk) 23:47, 9 May 2021 (UTC)

Vandal's Paradox?
I see that you reverted User:Lex Hoshter 7365O8464TN reporting themselves to WP:AIV as vandalism. It got me to thinking: was their edit vandalism?
- User isn't a vandal, so user falsely reporting them to AIV is an act of vandalism.
- The user reporting them is therefore a vandal!
- So it's constructive to report them to AIV.
- Which means the user isn't a vandal for doing so.
- Which means that there was no reason to report them.
- Which means that reporting them was vandalism.
Et cetera. Let me know if you ever figure this one out, LOL. jp×g 08:31, 16 May 2021 (UTC)

Do you plan to give answer to Q25 at your RfA which I asked. It is not related to wikipedia policy in any way and I have already !voted support for you but still I would appreciate if you answer it -- Parnaval (talk) 10:22, 21 May 2021 (UTC)

Your GA nomination of View (Shinee song)
The article View (Shinee song) you nominated as a good article has passed ; see Talk:View (Shinee song) for comments about the article. Well done! If the article has not already appeared on the main page as a "Did you know" item, or as a bold link under "In the News" or in the "On This Day" prose section, you can nominate it within the next seven days to appear in DYK. Bolded names with dates listed at the bottom of the "On This Day" column do not affect DYK eligibility. Message delivered by Legobot, on behalf of Ojorojo -- Ojorojo (talk) 14:41, 25 May 2021 (UTC)
Re: User reporting
@Ashleyyoursmile: Hi ashley, I reported user onto WP:AIV because it is not edit warring but disruptive behavior. Do I have to open report on WP:AN/3 because that is an lengthy procedure. Normally such user, I would just report to WP:AIV and most often fellow admins would just block them for 72 hours as disruptive behavior. Maybe you could check out the article in question Kim So-yeon and my user talk page to understand what is going on. In short, user was trying to an award which already existed on the award table however I told user couple of times, it is already there but user decided to ignore it and continue doing so. I don't think this is content warring issue because what user is trying to add already in the first place hence it doesn't make any sense to force in again. — Paper9oll (🔔 • 📝) 16:47, 25 May 2021 (UTC)
- Hi Paper9oll, thanks for the message. Technically, I feel it is a content dispute. Nonetheless, it looks like they have apologised for their behaviour so I am not going to take further action. Ashleyyoursmile! 16:58, 25 May 2021 (UTC)

Block on Mobilink IP address (copied from WP:RfPP)
Copy the below across in its entirety you are free to fix any typos if you want to. I don't know that a standard talk page communication needs a reason, but I leave these kind of messages when I think they might be helpful. You can make the section header something like Block on Mobilink IP address
or whatever else seems to fit. Regards, 31.41.45.190 (talk) 17:26, 26 May 2021 (UTC)
Thanks for taking care of 119.160.119.213 thought you should know that IP is on a mobile range (at a glance from the histories looks to be a /22 but I'd double check) so blocks of more than a few hours duration on any one IP may prove ineffective, however a range-block would cause a fair amount of collateral. Still something you might want to keep an eye on in case disruption resumes. In that circumstance a partial block from draftspace may be worth a try to reduce inconvenience for others as title saltings are relatively easy to evade with variants. Sinlu22's destroyer
Hi Ashleyyoursmile. First congrats on the recent adminship, and thanks for the indef on User:Sinlu22's destroyer. Given this edit, I wonder if both Sinlu22 and Sinlu22's destroyer are actually sockpuppets of User:Jobby10? Best, Laplorfill (talk) 05:26, 27 May 2021 (UTC)
- Hi Laplorfill, thank you for your message. Looks likely to me since they also left a message on YoungForever's talk page but I suggest you request CU for confirmation. Nonetheless, all accounts have been indeffed, and that's all we care. Ashleyyoursmile! 05:31, 27 May 2021 (UTC)
- No problem. As you say, they're indeffed. Probably not worth bothering the CUs unless another sock pops up. Laplorfill (talk) 05:33, 27 May 2021 (UTC)
- Laplorfill, that's my personal opinion. But if you request CU now since the case is open, a clerk will probably tell you if it's worthwhile or not and would endorse or decline the check accordingly, so you might. Ashleyyoursmile! 05:38, 27 May 2021 (UTC)

Edit check
Hey Ashleyyoursmile, I was curious if you could review over the last few edits I just made over American Idols Live! Tour 2009? I cleaned up the useless information that’s being repeated throughout the whole article and removed poorly sourced content that the previous editor added. I figured I’d check with you since I don’t want to get a warning for edit warring... Thanks in advance! Pillowdelight (talk) 09:12, 29 May 2021 (UTC)
- Pillowdelight, see my response to Skaschep here. Ashleyyoursmile! 05:57, 30 May 2021 (UTC)
User is still not understanding
Hi Ashleyyoursmile, hope your day is going well. That same user from yesterday has once again reverted the edit on American Idols Live! Tour 2009 regarding the percentages saying “Unless you clean out those other tour pages as well I see no reason for this to be removed.”.... I hate to burden to ask this but can you place a block on this user, it’s becoming a bit difficult after myself and 2 admins had already explained this to them. Thank you! Pillowdelight (talk) 23:16, 26 May 2021 (UTC)
- Thanks for informing me, Pillowdelight. I have reverted their changes and warned them on their talk page. Please let me know if they resume this behaviour. Ashleyyoursmile! 04:26, 27 May 2021 (UTC)
- Will do, Thank you so much!
Pillowdelight (talk) 06:50, 27 May 2021 (UTC)
- Pillowdelight, no problem. Ashleyyoursmile! 07:09, 27 May 2021 (UTC)
- Can you please read what I wrote on my talk page? Because it seems to me that I'm accused of things I didn't do. Yes I wrote the comment above and reverted Pillowdelights changes again, but after that I put in sources that supported some of the things that were in the article. Further it bothers me that you are accusing me of adding unsourced things to this article. Which I never did. I only reverted an eddit Pillowdelight made which removed things that were already on this page for 10 years. There are tons of similar tour pages with data which are not sourced (especially those from 2010 and earlier). Yet I don't see that data removed. So I am confused as why the data in this article had to be removed while other articles are allowed to remain intact. skaschep (talk) 17:56, 27 May 2021 (UTC)
- Skaschep, this shows that you added unsourced percentage figures for each show after what was discussed on your talk page. In addition, you asking to "clean out those other tour pages" in the edit summary and citing it as a reason for poorly sourced information to stay in the article is not persuasive. Ashleyyoursmile! 18:30, 27 May 2021 (UTC)
- And fyi, just because something has remained in the article for "10 years" doesn't mean it is going to be there indefinitely, when it is not verifiable. Ashleyyoursmile! 18:34, 27 May 2021 (UTC)
- I only put back what was removed by Pillowdelight in his first edit of the article here. Like I said before: I don't see anyone going over all those other tour pages to remove data which has been in articles for years. It is data that will be lost forever because someone suddenly after 10 years thought it should be removed. 10 years ago people weren't too smart yet with archiving pages so data stayed verifiable. A lot of that was lost and the only source now is wikipedia. The wiki rules were different then as well. When those archive sites suddenly get removed we will loose all those archived pages as well. Will we then clean out Wikipedia for all that information too? I now put back what I could source. The percentages are gone so I hope you are happy with that.skaschep (talk) 18:51, 27 May 2021 (UTC)
- That's that. Ashleyyoursmile! 19:00, 27 May 2021 (UTC)
- Can I ask a question about the edits Pillowdelight is making? Because he's deleting about half of the article and he now has deleted the source of the tour as well. Perhaps it's better to just delete the whole article as there is no source for the tour left. Same for the 2008 and 2010 article by the way. His clean ups are messing up the articles so much that it now has almost no information anymore. I don't think that's very constructive with these articles. Instead of just deleting stuff he also could ask for the source. Now the articles are just Stub level instead of an article with actually some body. Apparently with him following the rules is more important than actually informing people.skaschep (talk) 12:58, 29 May 2021 (UTC)
- Skaschep, I agree with this edit which you made. Excluding that, I think it's okay to remove everything that is unsourced or poorly sourced, which has been done by Pillowdelight. We don't want to inform people anything that is not reported in reliable independent sources. "If no reliable sources can be found on a topic, Wikipedia should not have an article on it." If you feel that the topic is non-notable and there is barely any coverage of this tour in reliable, published sources, feel free to nominate it at the Articles for deletion. Ashleyyoursmile! 05:55, 30 May 2021 (UTC)
- Thank you for responding. The problem with especially these old articles is though that when they were made and the information was put on Wikipedia the rules weren't as strict as they are now. A lot of information that might have a source was posted without a source. That doesn't mean there isn't a source always. Just that no source was put in the article. Simple deleting stuff when it's unsourced in the article which might have an independent source is just plain vandalism to me. Especially when a source could be easily found. As I did with the Nomination for the Teen Choice Award. That source was found within 2 minutes. I also have seen people who put a 'citation needed' comment behind an unsourced quote or comment. That is way more constructive to me and to me is a better way to improve Wikipedia articles than just deleting stuff in 11 year old articles because rules are different now than then. And I don't want it to get deleted. Perhaps I wasn't clear enough on that. Deleting half of the articles however might get it deleted at some point though as the article is of not much value anymore. skaschep (talk) 12:56, 30 May 2021 (UTC)
