License tagging for Image:Mercia.GIF
editThanks for uploading Image:Mercia.GIF. Wikipedia gets hundreds of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 21:09, 10 June 2006 (UTC)
Page moves
editJust a note that copy/paste moves aren't a good idea - use the Move tab for that, because it preserves page history as well. --Sam Pointon 11:02, 25 June 2006 (UTC)
Dale Earnhardt Controversy, etc.
editI'd like to get your input and feedback regarding merging the above article and figure out how we can bring it back into the main Dale Earnhardt article. Thanks. MrWarMage 13:47, 15 December 2006 (UTC)
References for football articles
editNice work on the recent edits to non-league articles, but instead of putting the reference document location in the edit summary, could you please consider placing the reference in the article itself, and putting basic details of what you have changed in the edit summary? This makes the article more robust and verifiable, and also aids people when looking at lists of recent changes. Thanks. - fchd (talk) 05:26, 20 May 2008 (UTC)
Falkland Islands
editThanks for adding the sporting information to the Falkland Islands, could you please add the references to the article not the edit summary. If you need help drop me a line. Justin talk 12:35, 27 June 2008 (UTC)
Unreferenced BLPs
editHello Rhillman! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. Please note that all biographies of living persons must be sourced. If you were to add reliable, secondary sources to this article, it would greatly help us with the current 403 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:
- Andrea Newman - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs) · FENS · JSTOR · TWL

File:Mercia.GIF listed for deletion
editA file that you uploaded or altered, File:Mercia.GIF, has been listed at Wikipedia:Files for deletion. Please see the discussion to see why this is (you may have to search for the title of the image to find its entry), if you are interested in it not being deleted. Thank you. Kelly hi! 17:29, 27 December 2010 (UTC)
The article Beaumont Athletic F.C. has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- fails WP:GNG
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Zanoni (talk) 11:48, 22 June 2011 (UTC)
Disagree with this deletion, suppose as always it comes down to perception of what is significant - certainly not at that high a footballing level, but I'd say as one of (if not THE) leading Bangladeshi team in the country, they are significant. In 2011 won the Asian Community Cup and the UK Bangladeshi Championship. Rhillman (talk) 17:26, 1 August 2011 (UTC)

JonaQwer (talk) 11:11, 14 March 2014 (UTC)Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
