Hi would it be able to check again. I added many more references from reliable secondary sources. Thanks! Root bio (talk) 15:57, 23 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
If you submit it again in the same way you did the first time, it will be reviewed again. However, at a glance it looks like there may be issues with the neutrality of the article. Content like "a visionary in the field of plant science, making significant contributions to understanding the genetic and molecular basis of root growth and development. He was also a dedicated mentor, fostering the careers of numerous scientists worldwide" is subjective and praising rather than objective and neutral. I'd suggest checking out Wikipedia's policies on neutral point of view and verifiability, and this list of non-neutral words to avoid. AntiDionysius (talk) 16:02, 23 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
Oh also, if you have a personal connection to the subject (say if Benfey was your friend, family member, colleague or teacher), then you have what Wikipedia calls a Conflict of Interest and should read up on what that means. Thanks! AntiDionysius (talk) 16:03, 23 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
thanks so much. I revised and added another source.
I don't find the submit for review button. Is it already out for review again or do I need to do anything? Root bio (talk) 16:36, 23 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
No problem at all. I think the template with the submit button got deleted during one of your edits, so I've re-added it. AntiDionysius (talk) 16:41, 23 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
