Speedy deletion nomination of Union public service commission

A tag has been placed on Union public service commission requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a clear copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uttar_Pradesh_Public_Service_Commission. Proposed deletion of Indian Defence Estates Service

Most of the information is not referenced. As per WP:OR that is not acceptable.
