IMDB as a source

I noticed that you recently used IMDB as a source for information in a biography article. Please note that per long-standing consensus, IMDb and other celebrity databases do not meet the reliable sourcing criteria for the inclusion of personal information in such articles. CheckUser is a tool that allows some of the most trusted members of the community to see technical information about editors including, but not limited to, IP addresses. For reasons of privacy CheckUser results generally are not published beyond an indication of certainty of a connection between accounts. If Ponyo confirmed that the accounts are related, other admins do not need to know the evidence but can rely on Ponyo's assessment, particularly when you offer nothing beyond "there's no relation", which is obviously incorrect. Ponyo has blocked me due to IP issues. My IP was used by a banned/sucketpuppet user. Now he given me exemptions from banned ips. Please restore my access.

Decline reason:

Ponyo has blocked this account directly; you aren't just caught by using the same IP as someone else. If Ponyo means to undo that, he can easily unblock it. He has not given you the IP block exemption user right; he rather argues just above that this account should remain blocked.
