Amber charka

I deleted your submission on "Amber Charkha" because, to be blunt, it was unintelligible. I had to read it five times before I was able to figure out that you were talking about charkhas and the "Amber Charkha" model and the charity that sponsors the creation of "Amber Charkhas", all at once.

This was a mess. It was not fixable. If we are to have an article about the Amber Charkha, or about the charity that sponsors them, or both, then you — or whoever — will have to start over from the beginning. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of fair use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process.
